Steve at Kastle Plumbing was the best! Prompt, professional, courteous service. He searched for the right hot water heater when all regular suppliers places were out. He found one, came back that evening and installed it! Great job and done! He's a wonderful guy to talk with, explains everything thoroughly. Sal installed a whole new furnace for us, in addition to some small plumbing jobs. He is obviously conscientious about his work, and makes sure to do it right instead of whatever bare minimum is needed. I waited months after the furnace's installation, until it got truly cold, to make sure the heater is working well - and I'm happy to say it seems great! He's also responsive, and followed up immediately with questions and concerns.

Have no complaints about repair I had done. Jason came out earlier than the time scheduled and explained exactly what my problem was. Definitely my go to for any further problems that may happen.

These guys are pros. We use them all the time for plumbing needs. Most recently they installed a new toilet and took the old one away. No fuss, no muss. Plumber was polite and knew what he was doing.

The Musso service people did a great job replacing our sump pump. This installation started as an emergency call on Saturday. Sasha was at our house within an hour to deal with the issue. 3 other companies that advertise 24-hour emergency service either did not answer the phone (Cellino), return my call (Frank’s) or told me they could look at the emergency in 3 days (Roy’s Plumbing). On Monday, Musso replaced the pump. Sasha and James were efficient, on time and kept us updated while they worked. We will definitely call Musso in the future.

My wife and I moved into our new home in Orchard Park and Garrett came out extremely fast to take care of some things for us. He fixed our sump pump that was actually smelling a bit funky, and now it works like new and the smell is completely gone! He also fixed a portion of our water heater that made it operate much more efficiently and easily. Finally he took the time to fix some old water damage under our kitchen sink, consolidated some piping and made it look brand new! Garrett and his team were tremendous and gave my wife and I the piece of mind that our plumbing and HVAC related issues in our new home are taken care of completely!!! Tank was leaking, called Seneca plumbing, they arrived the same day because it was leaking. Didn't take long to install new tank, it was also updated and installed to code. Works great. We had just moved into our home. We did notice slow draining on everything in the home. We called a well know plumbing company. He tried to snake the drain going to the sewer. He said it was not good and within 10 minutes had a sign in the front yard and said we needed about $4,500 plus in new drainage. I called T mark for a second opinion. They had no problem snaking front to back. $45.00 later and no problems at all for a year!!!!

Hard enough to find someone that calls back for a difficult plumbing repair but after a dozen calls to other plumbers, I was lucky enough to see his truck on the road. Larry himself answered, took the time to chat about the repair, arrived at the site on the agreed time and promised a return call with an estimate. His confidence stood out on what I felt was a tricky, somewhat difficult repair. Repair quality was top-notch and what a great personality! He’s the man for plumbing repairs!
