I contacted Mr Sal Alaimo to give me an estimate on a particular service, but we opted to replace my water heater. Sal is VERY professional, very informative, and explains things in detail. The day before I saw another issue, I sent pictures and Sal explained what was happening and offered to repair my toilet as well, for a small additional fee. Sal arrived on time, with all his equipment, repaired toilet and installed my new water heater. I am EXTREMELY pleased with his work. Before leaving he even checked on my Mom, I thought that was nice. I will be contacting Mr Sal for all/any of my plumbing/ heating needs.

After a leak in a pipe forced us to shut off our water we contacted J. Ando plumbing. We were lucky enough to get a technician, Jason, that was available to come out to assist us that same day. He texted before he came as they said he would and showed up promptly at 1:30. We explained what we thought was going on and what we thought had happened and he got right to work. He was honest and efficient and got his work completed rather quickly. I would highly recommend a technician from this company to anyone looking.

It was OK. I wish the plumber had used a different tool on my fixture than the one he did. He left visual marks on a vintage fixture.

We have been using WNY Plumbing since building our home in 2012 and have had nothing but excellence from their services. Mike is beyond helpful, professional and kind. We also appreciate how respectful and clean Mike leaves things when doing repairs. He always explains the issues and shows me, to help us maintain things. It sounds crazy but we look forward to seeing him from time to time to catch up whenever we need a repair.

We have had Ed Young’s out to our house previously to snake a shower drain. They did the job at what we considered a normal price so we had them back out a few months ago to snake the shower drain again and a bathroom sink that was slow draining.
The plumber who came was nice enough. He was able to clear the shower but told us that the sink drain pipes would need replacement. He left the sink drain worse than when he arrived, it wouldn’t drain at all anymore. When I called back to tell them they had actually made it worse the man I spoke to was rude and told me there wasn’t anything they could do if we didn’t replace the pipes. My husband called them back again to ask about replacing the pipes and nobody ever returned his call.
Well, we’ve saved some money up and had a different plumber out to our house tonight to look at the pipes and give us a quote for replacement. Guess what? That plumber was able to snake the sink drain in about an hours time. He told us that he knew it could be done because the sink pipes were in decent shape and a wider diameter than normal. He told us the only reason another plumber wouldn’t have been able to do it would be because they were lazy and impatient. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND A DIFFERENT PLUMBER!

The guy who came to give me an estimate was very professional - expert in his field-very nice-knew exactly what he was doing & explained in layman terms what needed to be done & he was very Thorough.

Blue Cord Plumbing did various projects in my home. No job is too big or too small. Garrett is very responsive to calls and questions. His suggestions are in the customers best interest. I had an extra hot water tank out in and then hired him again for some toilet work and hose faucets. Definitely recommend! Very neat and clean work!

Nick Piracci was our plumber and was very professional, knowledgeable and overal did a fantastic job installing our new hot water tank! The basement was left spotless and the new tank looks amazing! Have had Celino here twice in the last two months for unrelated items and both times I was highly satisfied! You have a customer for keeps now!!

I've used him twice. Excellent and professional work quality. I called Sunday and he was here early Monday. Will use him every time. So far installed pressure sump pump and water heater. He just repaired a gas leak. Most plumbers don't know how to handle this problem. But he knew exactly what to do and waited till national fuel came to ensure everything was fine. Another plumber tried to get me to replace all the plumbing for thousands.

I called cheektowaga plumbing after hours for a sewer back up. The technician came out within the hour and was able to get me back up and running. Great company this was a sunday afternoon so it helped out with being ready for school and work in the morning!!

One star is to much for this rude man. I tried to solve the problem before I called them. The whole time he was at my house he picked on me that I was not a plumber and that I thought I knew what I was doing. I will never use this company again or recommend them. Way to overpriced on top the bad attitude.
