He also suggested and answered my questions on how we can fix the problem once and for all - He knew his stuff and was very polite and friendly - don’t think I’ve ever had a service person come to my house, who was so polite and caring of my house and property. I called cheektowaga plumbing after hours for a sewer back up. The technician came out within the hour and was able to get me back up and running. Great company this was a sunday afternoon so it helped out with being ready for school and work in the morning!!

Plumber cut line and installed water line plugs. Left pipe dangling, when asked if he was going to secure the pipe he ties it with a piece of a plastic bag to an electrical line!!! When he was leaving had to remind him to turn main water valve on. Very poor quality of work- definitely will spread the word not to use All pro.

I had Matt come out to my house. He came right at the exact time he said he would, not an hour later. While there he was courteous and professional yet also very personable. He toldme up front what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, and howhe was going to do it. There were no surprises when he eased finished and everything worked great when he left.
