Best Furnace Service in Buffalo NY

I reached out to Sal via text when my furnace started acting up and he responded to me immediately offering to come out first thing in the morning. He showed up exactly when he said he would be there and he took a look at our furnace and determined that the problem was most likely a faulty control board. Rather than repair a 23 year old furnace we decided to have Sal install a new high efficiency replacement along with a matching AC unit. We live in a Tri-Level house and the location of the furnace is in a really tight spot so this was not an easy installation. Sal spent most of his time crouched over, on his back or knees working in my crawl space for the installation and never complained one bit about the conditions which I know I would have.
The installation went as smooth as a customer could ask for and within no time we had a brand new system up and running. Sal was really informative and explained everything to us along the way. His attention to detail and pride in his trade are apparent when you look at the final product. The duct work and gas lines that Sal installed are lined up perfectly and his wiring, conduit and vent pipes look like artwork. It is a shame that this is in the basement and not on full display.
Sal is a true professional and master of his trade. We couldn't be happier with everything he provided us and I highly recommend Sal to anyone looking for Plumbing and Heating services.

I had a plumbing emergency in my barn (February2023). I had no idea who to call, so I took a gamble and called Musso. A very short time later, Michael from Musso was there to help. While the actual fix was a bigger job, he came up with a temporary fix until I could schedule the job. The actual repair was completed in a short period of time and I couldn't be more pleased. Michael and his co- worker replaced the hydrant and it now works perfectly. I felt that the pricing was fair, and they could not have been any nicer to work with. Really great people, I highly recommend Michael and Musso. I know who I'll be calling for. any plumbing or heating needs- Musso!

While out of town, our sump pump failed and our basement flooded. Managing this clean-up from afar had its challenges to say the least. When we reached out to Seneca, they could not have been more professional and helpful. They immediately scheduled service to our home and installed a new system in no time. We were incredibly impressed with their customer service and the work they performed on site. Thank you Seneca team.....it's nice to know there are still company's out there who take pride in delivering quality customer service.

We were very pleased with the service of Cellino Plumbing and specifically with John Marks. From the first call regarding our “blown” water heater to the completion of the replacement water heater the following morning, all went smoothly and we were happy to have hot water. All questions were answered, options given before a decision was made.

Came same day and did the install properly.

These guys are great. Showed up on time, fixed my drain pipe and shut-off valves fast, and charged a great price. I will call them any time I have a problem from now on.

The install team was professional, tidy, and did a nice job installing the ductless ac. However, they were not able to turn it on due to it being slightly too cold that day, and said they would stop by next week to finish it up and show me how to use it.Fast forward next week, I called and had to leave a message that no one returned.Fast forward another week (today) I call and the earliest they told me someone could do it was 4 days from now.You were happy to take my money for the unit but are making me wait to even be able to use it. Poor customer service after the sale. It should take less than an hour for someone to complete this so I can use the unit before 5/18.EDIT: Roy's called me and made it right, and are coming out to complete the work they said.

Clean out, cut Tree roots out of Sewer line . A annual event every 12 -18 months. Great Job always , a job well done. Great service reasonable turn around time from call service to crew getting job done. Very Professional.
