Sal is the absolute best! He is professional and has very fair prices. He has done work at my home and rental property. He was very helpful when an emergency arose and fixed my shower when no on else could. He's observant and has even given me tips and recommendations. I've used him for years. Tank was leaking, called Seneca plumbing, they arrived the same day because it was leaking. Didn't take long to install new tank, it was also updated and installed to code. Works great. I was impressed with Danial and the job was well done, BUT, I do think the price was to high. $488.44 for a 2 hour job was to much. I was expecting around $300-$350. I’m sure I will use Celino plumbing again.

Yesterday I had a problem with my sewer backing up so they send someone out to fix the problem his name was joe he was very good and did a great job.he explain everything very well.

We had a problem with the Humidifier on our furnace and since we had the maintenance contract with Roys we called them to fix the humidifier. The service tech came out and said he would order the part necessary. A couple of day later he called again to say the part could not be ordered we had to order the full control I okayed the order and waited until he called when the part came in. Today we had the control installed and we are completely happy with the job done and the tech that did it. Would always recommend Roy's to anyone who needs plumbing or heating work done.

I called them at 3:50 P.M. on a Thursday and they sent out a technician in 20 minutes. Of course, when he arrived, we could not replicate the problem. We spoke a bit about the furnace, and he did a tune up and replaced the thermocouple. The bill was very reasonable, especially given that they came out within 20 minutes of the first call. The technician was very knowledge, friendly, and honest.
