They installed a new Pfizer faucet after exactly 2 years. It is is loose and I requested repair. I was told because I provided the faucet, they were not responsible and when I objected (we have been loyal customers) he hung up on me. Incredibly rude.

Used TMark for a standard boiler tune up. Tech was friendly and professional. There were no issues with boiler, so he spent some time to educate me a bit on the heating system. Also reminded me there is a National Fuel rebate to recoup service cost. Would call again for service.

John C. is a great technician at Cellino. He came to address a water leak after a new toilet install and was extremely thorough in his work and explanation of everything he did and checked in the plumbing. I was really impressed with the time he took to explain his work to me and show me important plumbing valves and shut-offs. I have used Cellino for the past few years and feel comfortable calling them to do work in my home.

I texted Larry to come check out my leaky tub drain. I had gotten a quote from a different company for $568 but I wasn't happy with that. Larry quoted me $400 and he was super quick, in and out in under 2 hours.

Sam was great! He knew exactly what I was talking about when I explained my leaky main shut off valve. He talked me through all my options with no pressure and had Noah come out same day to replace the valve. Our price was right in range of our beginning quotes once the job was done. Both Sam and Noah made this stressful time so much easier with their professional and understanding service. 10 out of 10 would call again.

I can’t say enough great things about TJ and he didn’t even finish the work yet. He came over very promptly to our home and cleaned out our outside sewer pipe with no issues. We had a different company over prior and had multiple issues with their work (plus they couldn’t get through the clog after only taking 5 mins of their time to actually try). Regardless, TJ got through in maybe a minute and was very thorough when explaining what he did, what the issue was, and how we go about fixing it. He laid out his pricing before starting and was just overall a terrific person to have working on this issue. Not sure how he’s not at the top of the list when googling plumbers but definitely should be.

Ed and Matt (I think, I didn’t get name) quickly and effectively fixed two leaking facets and provided insight into another long term issue. They were very informative, professional and efficient. Although we hope to avoid problems in future, it’s nice to know we can call Ed and the Franks team and trust them to help. I would recommend them for you plumbing needs!

I had Matt come out to my house. He came right at the exact time he said he would, not an hour later. While there he was courteous and professional yet also very personable. He toldme up front what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, and howhe was going to do it. There were no surprises when he eased finished and everything worked great when he left.

Trustworthy and great service. Reasonable price for the thorough job they did. The plumber also looked at the entire sink to prevent further problems. Polite thorough trustworthy. The owner of this family business called me the following day to make sure that I am well pleased and to let them know if I have any problems with the sink.
