Best Drain Cleaning And Sewer Cleaning in Buffalo NY
Sal installed a whole new furnace for us, in addition to some small plumbing jobs. He is obviously conscientious about his work, and makes sure to do it right instead of whatever bare minimum is needed. I waited months after the furnace's installation, until it got truly cold, to make sure the heater is working well - and I'm happy to say it seems great! He's also responsive, and followed up immediately with questions and concerns.

We’ve used WNY Plumbing since we moved here in 2006. Over the years they’ve installed a water heater, replaced a sink, repaired a sink, and fixed our toilets a time or two. Their service person has been on time or was courteous enough to let me know if they were running late. The repairs have always been thorough. As a small business owner myself I can say that they check all the boxes regarding good service, reasonable pricing and customer service.

Had an estimate done for a remodeling job. Went with another company that had a lower estimate with copper supply lines vs PEX(Ed Youngs job was with PEX). First company started the job and then disappeared. After months of trying to get someone to return I called Ed Youngs to come take another look. They spent a good 20-30 minutes checking everything out and said they'd get me an estimate when I located a tub as they needed tub spec's to complete estimate. FINALLY located the tub size, type, and drain side I needed in this age of supply chain issues..... Called Ed Youngs and they said the job was too far gone...? and would not be interested in completing it. Never bothered to tell me 8 weeks ago they wouldn't be doing the job. I had to reach out to them in order to get an answer.
Have been a loyal local customer for 20 years but this experience of customer service and the lack of common courtesy to call me back and say Not interested has sadly changed that. Will be finding a new place to spend my $$ for renovations.

Jeffrey Plumbing puts the customer first, both in responsiveness and quality of work. He gets the job done the right way the first time and does not cut corners. I would highly recommend him for any and all plumbing needs. I have referred several others that have experienced the same level of professionalism.

Very friendly and professional staff when I called. Sam (plumbing technician) is very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. He explained everything in detail before the work began. I've been a Roto Rooter client for 13 years, but my first experience with Musso was so positive, I'll be calling them again! Highly recommend supporting this local business!

We have been working with Seneca Plumbing for a couple of years. They are on time, honest and reliable. A tankless water heater saves a lot of money.

My mother's gas lines were not holding compression when tested by the gas company. Cellino plumbing came and looked at it to provide an estimate. Their estimate for the job was $4,000. There is a total of 3 appliances connected to gas in her house. They are all exposed in the basement. After a 20 minute internal compression check and 5 shut-off valves later the problem was resolved. Total cost = parts plus labor, $275. Be careful with people that quote like this. My mother would have been out over $3,700 if left to her own devices.

I texted Larry to come check out my leaky tub drain. I had gotten a quote from a different company for $568 but I wasn't happy with that. Larry quoted me $400 and he was super quick, in and out in under 2 hours.

Needed a new water heater. Got several estimates in the area and they were by far the cheapest. Had it done the next day. Professional and quick!
