I highly recommend Alaimo Plumbing and Heating. Sal came by to clear two plugged drains. He returned in the Fall for routine sewer maintenance. Sal is responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and neat. He explains everything and is happy to answer any questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again for any plumbing or heating concerns.

I am incredibly pleased and happy with Jason Kelly Plumbing. We had an emergency plumber come out after a construction accident who was unable to really help us with the issue that night. He said he'd have to come back and it could be anywhere from $800 to $2500. I wanted to get a second opinion and reached out to Jason Kelly Plumbing - Jason & Mike were able to get me in first thing in the morning which I appreciated greatly. They were able to fix the problem without causing any damage to the wall and were very personable and helpful - and not to mention lightyears more affordable than the original quote. Can't say thank you enough to them for saving our butts (and probably my marriage...haha).

Would not recommend. They do not honor their warranty repair. They installed a kitchen faucet which started leaking after some time. The repair was performed and billed by them, then the leak started a few weeks afterwards.After calling them twice, the answer was Will call you back - they never did. Feel disrespected.

These guys were nothing but great throughout the whole experience. I needed to get my main line in my basement capped, and then replaced with a wall hung sewer. They were quick to get out to do a free estimate, and more importantly their cost at time of completion was spot on with the estimate.
With the plumbing issue we were facing, they were able to get a date set up very quick, so as to not leave us with broken plumbing for weeks on end. Marc and Jon were there when they said they would be, even called beforehand to let me know they were on their way.
They were professional, respectful of my home and noise level (working from home), always let me know when they were getting more material or taking some of the materials that were dug up back to their location to dispose of it. They didn't mind one bit when I wanted to see what was going on, just out of curiosity of the process and progress of the job, and also were respectful with face masks.
Couldn't be happier with the job they did, how quickly they were able to do it, and knowing it got done correctly so we won't have issues moving forward. They also did a video inspection of my line going out to the street, ensuring that it was in tact and in good shape, assuring there's another aspect of the plumbing that's good to go for the future.

Jeff answered my call and was at my home in less than an HR. He assesed the problem and immediately started to work on the clog. It was more involved and he had to come back. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He resolved our issue and I would recommend

My wife and I moved into our new home in Orchard Park and Garrett came out extremely fast to take care of some things for us. He fixed our sump pump that was actually smelling a bit funky, and now it works like new and the smell is completely gone! He also fixed a portion of our water heater that made it operate much more efficiently and easily. Finally he took the time to fix some old water damage under our kitchen sink, consolidated some piping and made it look brand new! Garrett and his team were tremendous and gave my wife and I the piece of mind that our plumbing and HVAC related issues in our new home are taken care of completely!!! I would sincerely recommend them to anyone!

Our hot water tank died and called ta few places for estimates. We chose 716 Plumbing because Rick was Awesome! Very personable, prices were reasonable, work and work ethic were awesome. I texted Larry to come check out my leaky tub drain. I had gotten a quote from a different company for $568 but I wasn't happy with that. Larry quoted me $400 and he was super quick, in and out in under 2 hours.
