The furnace in our mobile home was giving us problems so I phoned a furnace company to assess it. The man they sent was absolutely useless, so my husband called Seneca Plumbing. Russ came out and within 10 minutes he found the problem and fixed it but notified us that soon we would need a new one.
We put one on order, but when Russ was doing the install, he discovered a problem with the roof which necessitated a completely different type of furnace. Russ not only successfully and professionally installed the new one, he also corrected the problem with the roof.
We were so happy with their knowledge and professionalism that my husband contracted them to put in a tankless water heater in our other house.

This has been a superior experience! I have been greatly impressed with the overall expertise, professionalism and positive manner in which my AC job was done and how I was treated! The prices are reasonable, all my questions were answered and information I would need moving forward was provided to me. There was not a long wait for AC installation and I especially liked the fact that everyone involved seemed like they totally loved their job! How rare is that? I called cheektowaga plumbing after hours for a sewer back up. The technician came out within the hour and was able to get me back up and running. Great company this was a sunday afternoon so it helped out with being ready for school and work in the morning!!

I was so disappointed when our year old air conditioner stopped working yesterday evening. I called the emergency 24/7 service. A tech coming out after hours would cost extra, so I deferred to this morning. A Zenner and Ritter phone rep called promptly first thing. She couldn’t commit to a tech coming over today. I expressed my desire that it be repaired ASAP.I was delighted when I received a text within a half-hour that Jeremy was on his way. We dealt with Jeremy last year when we had an issue with our new air conditioner. He is top-notch! He quickly diagnosed this latest problem. It wasn’t the air conditioner at all but a faulty pump that we had installed with a new humidifier three months ago. The pump simply stopped working, and a fail safe was triggered to avoid water leaking onto our basement floor. So, that shut down the whole AC system.In any event, Jeremy switched out the pump. He tested it, and it worked properly. No charge. AC is back on! Indeed, we’ve had a couple of issues with equipment that had manufacturing defects and was not the fault of Zenner and Ritter. Stuff happens! But I’m very satisfied with Zenner and Ritter’s prompt response to these issues as well as the professionalism of Jeremy. So, I would highly recommend them!

When we need maintenance on our AC and heat we request Mike Miller. Mike is professional friendly and does a fantastic job. He guides you on proper care of the equipment to avoid major issues. Mike is honest and knowledgeable about the equipment he is servicing. Mike should be given kudos for the fantastic customer service he provides his clients.
