Awful experience. I had a clogged drain in the basement, causing ALL kinds of water (and other waste) to come back in. I called them for a snake, and after about 40 minutes, he told me they hit an obstruction at 80ft. and had to come back with a camera. After the $175 i spent on the snake, the start with the camera and hit another obstruction at 24 ft. After 20 minutes, they charge me $260 for the camera, and all i got was spray paint on my patio of where the needed to dig. I was told they would have to dig in spot A, to get to the pipe in order to find spot B, where they would dig again. They would send a guy out to give me a quote, which would be anywhere between 5 to 10 THOUSAND dollars. At this point i am already in the hole $470 with these guys and i have no results, information etc.

I called an EXPERIENCED PLUMBER from another company, and he not only educated me on the matter, but was surprised at the lack of experience from Hertel Plumbing.
Hertel Plumbing should have
.......NOT recommnended a camera, as a camera would not make it past the trap outside the house.
........LOOKED AND LISTENED for the snake outside to find the clean out in the yard that would have made things ALOT EASIER.
.......REMOVED THE GUTTERS from the drain, in the meantime, take your gutter drains out of the downspout, as rainwater is better in the yard than backing up into your basement!.

After 2 days NO ONE from Hertel Plumbing came to give me a quote, as they said they would, while i sat there with feces in my basement. They just took the $470, and took off!

LUCKILY, the experienced plumber i called snaked the drain clean for $150 and the problem was SOLVED. In addition, he showed me where the clean out was in case i needed to snake from outside the house.

Hertel Plumbing told me i had a collapsed pipe and a faulty sewer system that would require digging 2 holes to cost between $5,000 and $10,000!!!! After they had taken me for $470.

THE EXPERIENCED PLUMBER pulled out 15-30 tampons that caused the problem, during a simple 20 minute snake session. THAT WAS IT.

Moral of the story, avoid Hertel Plumbing and don't wash tampons down the toilet.

We needed to have a new sink installed. Mike was prompt, professional and patient throughout the entire process. We are extremely pleased with the service we received and love the finished look of our new sink.

We have had Ed Young’s out to our house previously to snake a shower drain. They did the job at what we considered a normal price so we had them back out a few months ago to snake the shower drain again and a bathroom sink that was slow draining.
The plumber who came was nice enough. He was able to clear the shower but told us that the sink drain pipes would need replacement. He left the sink drain worse than when he arrived, it wouldn’t drain at all anymore. When I called back to tell them they had actually made it worse the man I spoke to was rude and told me there wasn’t anything they could do if we didn’t replace the pipes. My husband called them back again to ask about replacing the pipes and nobody ever returned his call.
Well, we’ve saved some money up and had a different plumber out to our house tonight to look at the pipes and give us a quote for replacement. Guess what? That plumber was able to snake the sink drain in about an hours time. He told us that he knew it could be done because the sink pipes were in decent shape and a wider diameter than normal. He told us the only reason another plumber wouldn’t have been able to do it would be because they were lazy and impatient. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND A DIFFERENT PLUMBER!

Renee Musso, Lori and Melinda are all very rude and unprofessional. Called 3x's trying to get a quote and none of them could help me. They all stated they would have to call back or have someone call me back and i never heard from any one of them. Also you can never just talk to the same person, they are always out to lunch or in a meeting!!! Just went elsewhere

Called Blue Cord in an emergency and couldn’t be any happier! Water was backed up in our plumbing and dumping down through the walls into finished basement. Garrett and his partner arrived within 5 minutes on a Sunday night and jumped right into action! Not only did they take care of the issue promptly, but communicated clearly throughout the entire process, putting us at ease. Our house was left clean, without a trace of such a disaster. I have worked around many plumbers as a contractor and the plumbers of 716 Plumbing stand out the most. Not only were they easy to work around, but I had noticed how precise their work is. They have great workmanship, and take pride in their work. This alone makes them stand out over the rest. I had also learned a lot about their background by working around them and talking to them. Cellino was able to come out same day to give me a quote for work needed. The technician James was very knowledgeable; talked me through and showed me the issue, rather than just telling me. They were able to schedule the work we needed for the following week. Ken was on time, professional, kept us updated. He gave me suggestions for the lawn and for settlement the next few months. This was a stressful time and I cannot say better things about Cellino’s work! Would definitely recommend and will call them in for future needs!

I've used Zirpoli plumbing when I gutted my house. They took out the old galvanized steel waterlines, ran new waterlines and drains. That was a couple years ago but I've had them periodically come in when I need work done(twice this year). Very satisfied with the work and the pricing. Would recommend.

The owner arrived within the hour just as he said he would. He provided a no nonsense and quick solution to our drain blockage problem. He is friendly and inspired me with a sense of confidence in his service. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

I can’t say enough about Thomas and this company. We contacted him and he got here and fixed our problem as soon as his schedule allowed. (Within days). He was super efficient, upfront and fair in price, and as cordial as could be. I would HIGHLY recommend him and will certainly use him again if needed!

Plumber cut line and installed water line plugs. Left pipe dangling, when asked if he was going to secure the pipe he ties it with a piece of a plastic bag to an electrical line!!! When he was leaving had to remind him to turn main water valve on. Very poor quality of work- definitely will spread the word not to use All pro.

One star is to much for this rude man. I tried to solve the problem before I called them. The whole time he was at my house he picked on me that I was not a plumber and that I thought I knew what I was doing. I will never use this company again or recommend them. Way to overpriced on top the bad attitude.
