Tom was excellent and quick. Unfortunately a scheduled morning call didn't arrive until 430. Additionally, per company requirement, the tech slapped their service stickers all over every other piece of equipment they could possibly need to repair without asking.

He did a fantastic job solving a persistent problem we have been having with a clogged drain in the kitchen.

Several other plumbers attempted to fix it but never found the root problem.

Larry figured out the reason it was a continual problem and now we have a permanent fix. He was straightforward, honest and affordable. He will always be the guy we call from now on.

Very professional and proficient

I can’t say enough great things about TJ and he didn’t even finish the work yet. He came over very promptly to our home and cleaned out our outside sewer pipe with no issues. We had a different company over prior and had multiple issues with their work (plus they couldn’t get through the clog after only taking 5 mins of their time to actually try). Regardless, TJ got through in maybe a minute and was very thorough when explaining what he did, what the issue was, and how we go about fixing it. He laid out his pricing before starting and was just overall a terrific person to have working on this issue. Not sure how he’s not at the top of the list when googling plumbers but definitely should be.

I am sorry to say I would not use this company again. They replaced an old sewer line because of clogging problems. He replaced the line where we had a crack at the house and he stated he would sleeve the rest of the line. It was not sleeved all the way. We still have the same issue 4 years later after spending 6,000$ . We called Kevin plumbing for the same issue and he wanted 850$ for a jet cleaning. The line should have been completely replaced and done correctly or we would not have the issue. I asked for a call from Kevin to discuss my issue. Kevin chose to not return our call. We used another company that did the job for 500$ for us.

We had a sink backup that was attached to our washer. The guy's name was Mark, and got to our house within 15 mins of our calling. Very professional and courteous. He fixed it and gave some tips to avoid it from happening again. Top notch guy.
Service charge was a little steep but considering it was a Friday at 6 PM when I CALLED and he arrived and fixed it before 7 PM, I can't complain.
I realize the timing was probably more of a fluke than anything else, but I'm still thrilled.
