I contacted Mr Sal Alaimo to give me an estimate on a particular service, but we opted to replace my water heater. Sal is VERY professional, very informative, and explains things in detail. The day before I saw another issue, I sent pictures and Sal explained what was happening and offered to repair my toilet as well, for a small additional fee. Sal arrived on time, with all his equipment, repaired toilet and installed my new water heater. I am EXTREMELY pleased with his work. Before leaving he even checked on my Mom, I thought that was nice. I will be contacting Mr Sal for all/any of my plumbing/ heating needs.

The technician Zack was very helpful. However, 96 dollars to tell me they don’t think that what Cellino plumbing would install would work seems like a lot to me. I can see if they had a new idea. As mentioned above technician was good.

I can not begin to explain how great this company is!!!!! Every time I needed help with plumbing issues they delivered!!!! Jason is a stand up man and his son-in-law Mike is just as honorable and delivers!!! I can't say thank you enough!

called AM, visited PM, diagnosed problem which i already knew. (heat exchanger water supply inside unit burst in a 12 year old tankless system). They replaced next day. Mike and Tyler were efficient and did good work removing and reinstalling new unit.

I have never left a review in my life, however this company was so outstanding, they deserve to be recognized for their excellence, skill, and professionalism. We had an outdoor drainage problem and had other plumbers, town and water authorities, and another drainage company come out, and no one could identify or resolve the problem. Another company that I attempted to call asked me to wait an entire month before they could even look at it. Jeff came within days of my first contact, and identified the problem within just a few minutes of being on the property. Issue was completely resolved in 2 days in comparison to the 2 months of seeking answers. And Jeff and his team were just genuinely nice people, explained things in layman’s terms, and made us feel confident in their service and expertise. Pricing also incredibly reasonable. I highly, highly recommend!

on January, 2018, I called Musso for water leaking. The technician cut off a short pipe and we have installed an 1/2 inch hose bib. The fee was $442.61 including taxes. On June,2018, there was a leaking around the hose bib where the technician did the service on January, 2018, not to far away from the hose bib, it was about less than 1/2 of the toothpick from the hose bib. So I called the Musso to come and checking it up, because I have one year warranty, but the technician confirmed that the leaking today was not the place where he did the service on January,2018, and his company charged me $90.26 including taxes for what they called, diagnostic charge. I was like if $90.26 would make the Musso going further, go ahead and take my $90.26. The technician was friendly, but The Musso has been thirsty, they wanted your money. There is no customer services. My advise is thinking carefully before you call Musso.

Outstanding service, timely and professional. Explains everything with detail. Went above and beyond and did what other companies I called said wasn’t necessary. Have also referred many people who have had the same experience.

I made an appointment for an estimate on a combination unit for tankless system in my home. They blew me off so I called they apologized and rescheduled. The guy came looked at my boiler room and said he would have numbers for me by mid next week. I waited till end on next week. Never called back. So I called, again women apologize and took my name and number house address. It’s been 3 weeks now. Still no call back. I’m paying cash. Or at least I was. Will be calling a different company now. 3 strikes your out.

Alan and his team accommodated us a the last minute the week before the holidays. The technicians were very professional and got the work done within the same afternoon (even with having to take a trip to grab additional supplies). I would highly recommend their services!

I haven’t used them yet for service but I’m sure I will. They were courteous, professional and responsive to my every need. They gave me a variety of options the best help my needs. T-Mark has a customer for life in me!

Since moving into our home, we've become very familiar with the team at Cellino, for a variety of repairs. To top it off, we needed our driveway dug up to repair a root-infested sewer pipe. Each time the team was on time, responsive, transparent, efficient, and thorough. We've met Nick for a pipe project and snake, Adam for an emergency snaking, and Brenden and the underground team for the big sewer pipe dig-up. Also, the team helped with providing the paperwork we needed for insurance purposes. While it has been great service, hopefully we can now take a break from seeing each other!

I was billed only for the work completed which was less than the estimated amount. Quality work at a fair price from trustworthy people.

I've used him twice. Excellent and professional work quality. I called Sunday and he was here early Monday. Will use him every time. So far installed pressure sump pump and water heater. He just repaired a gas leak. Most plumbers don't know how to handle this problem. But he knew exactly what to do and waited till national fuel came to ensure everything was fine. Another plumber tried to get me to replace all the plumbing for thousands.
