Wesley was very professional and our new faucets look fantastic. Later had a leak (caused by an issue in the past; not the faucet install) which he came back the next business day and took care of same day, preventing a possible future catastrophe. UPDATE: While Shane explained to me that the clog was deep in the pipe, was not food, and not due to my negligence, the property manager produced a bill on which Roto Rooter stated the problem was a food clog. I was charged for the bill and Roto Rooter would not discuss it with me (as I am only a renter) or have Shane review the stated cause. Either this was an inadvertent mistake or a way to keep the property managers business. Next time I would video the fix to have some proof of the actual problem. Once Shane left I had no recourse.

I had my bathroom remodeled and it turned out beautifully. Work was completed on time and within budget and included installing new flooring, tile, bathtub, toilet, sink, and relocating a vent. Tony also replaced/repaired any drywall that was damaged. Wonderful work! Would highly recommend. Ask for Tony Herington, he's the best!

Frederick is an excellent company. All representatives were a pleasure to deal with, from the office manager to the estimator to the crew chief to the installers Lupe and Steve. They responded quickly to our needs -- our whole house ac unit needed replacement -- and finished the job ahead of schedule and in one day. We are sitting in air conditioner bliss right now because of the phenomenal job by the entire team at Frederick. We are very happy with our new equipment and the professional installation. The attention to detail by Lupe and Steve is outstanding. The sheet metal work was like an artist creating his masterpiece. It is that good.

Their dispatcher told me she couldn't give me the price for the job I needed done over the phone, which was have my main sewer line augered. So I paid a $30 service charge for them to come out and tell me they wanted over $300 for the job, I paid $100 the next day. To their credit the technician was polite and knowledgeable, and even gave me some advice on what to do after I had the job done, even though I opted out of having them servicing my line.
