Nate did a fantastic job replacing my sewage ejector in our home. When I came home from work, I found that there had been some flooding in our basement due to the sewage ejector going bad. I made a phone call to Mr. Rooter Plumbing and he was at my door within an hour. This company and Nate definitely saved me a lot of problems by being so quick. Kyle was very pleasant to work with and took the time to explain every detail of the task. He answered questions and explained the reason for part of the task.

Our AC started freezing up, so we called Eck at 8am and had a technician at our home by 8:30. Our technician, Dalton, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to explain to me in detail the diagnostic work he was doing on our system, as well as what our options were for repair. I was super happy that he took the time to explain to me how the cooling system works, and where he noticed our system was failing. We have used Eck before for electrical work, and we will be using them to install a new furnace system as well. Fast work and awesome technicians. 10/10
