His team arrived on time, did a great job, and was pleasant to work with. As far as I can tell, the job was excellent, and the price was fair. Without a doubt, I'll hire Wichita Drain Clean & Plumbing services again.

Our water heater went out first thing in the morning. I called PD plumbing and they were at the house in less than an hour and had a new water heater installed in under two hours at a great price. Chris and his colleague were professional and efficient. Highly recommend!

Jacob did a very nice job on the hot water heater. Our hot water heater had lasted 15 years and was still going strong but we wanted to get a jump on it just in case. The installation was done quickly even though there was no emergency. I do not write many reviews but Roto-Rooter went above and beyond. As a side note, the family owner's are pleasant to talk to. Good job.

Awful service. I have been without a heater for the past 2 weeks because I can't get them to come out and finish what is required by my home owners insurance! Tried to tell me that my insurance denied the claim and I would have to pay in advance, when in reality my insurer never denied the claim. Secretary hung up on us a couple of times when we called in to the company, and we keep getting told that they will come that day to fix, and we never hear from them or see them again. Horrible!

When installing the water into the new house, they were off measurements by a foot. This messed up the placement of the walls, and the shower placement. Cannot be fixed because of the concrete floor.

Turned an awful situation right around with an honest and apologetic approach. Hats off to this owner!
