I’ve used Mr. Rooter in the past and have always been pleased with their service and rates.

Today, I had an plumbing emergency and Mr. Rooter was out to take a look and begin repairs with one hour. The staff was friendly, polite, professional and respectful. I’d highly recommend this business and will definitely use them again.

All employees seemed exceptionally knowledgeable. The work was done in a crawl space - I could not answer to “good quality”. I had a MAJOR crack in my sewer line - on the top portion of the cast iron pipe; I would never have found this if I hadn’t had an inspection of the crawl space which was for unrelated equipment. I have no previous experience with sewer line replacement, but I believe the price was extremely reasonable.

They installed a new ac and heating system for us and were professional and quick. On a hot day they made sure our ac was working as quickly as possible.

Patrick was on time and very communicative. He arrived, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and for a good price. Other plumbers had suggested drastic counter removals to fix the problem, but Patrick was able to take care of the issue with little to no mess! He worked with a smile and was honest and upfront about everything when answering my questions. He even worked around our schedule. My wife and I have already decided that we will hire him for our bathroom remodel project. I have no hesitation in recommending Patrick's Plumbing!

AC was not working. Called them late on a Wednesday after another company failed to show up, and they were here by Thursday Evening and had it fixed instantly. Ben was the service rep and he was amazing. DEFINITELY will be my first call in the future, and highly recommended. Fixed a blower issue at my residential property.

Larry and James came out to my home to evaluate the situation, James made a minor repair right on the spot. They made the major repair a few days later, they did a great job, it was neat and clean work. Plumbing is now working as it should.

They were on time and did the work in the time that they said it would take. Mike the plumber was very friendly.

I called this company because they said they were 24 hours (called around 7pm) I had one person tell me they would get back with me but no one ever did. I then received a text message and will post that shortly after . I called back around 10pm because I had no clue who was texting me until I called the phone number from someone else’s phone. They had blocked my number. Haha, if you’re black I strongly suggest not even trying this company

Their dispatcher told me she couldn't give me the price for the job I needed done over the phone, which was have my main sewer line augered. So I paid a $30 service charge for them to come out and tell me they wanted over $300 for the job, I paid $100 the next day. To their credit the technician was polite and knowledgeable, and even gave me some advice on what to do after I had the job done, even though I opted out of having them servicing my line.
