We just purchased a 24 year old home and the garage door openers were, we'll just say they were original. Zack Beden was our technician. He was on time and professional. He explained everything he was doing and cautiously suggested that we plan down the road for replacements. I appreciated that because I'm not a sugar coat kind of person. When we do so, it will be with Reddi Overhead. Also, I had just purchased a giant shop vac to get some of the past 24 years out of the house and Zack stopped and helped me with the some assembly required, which was awesome because we haven't moved in yet and he had a hammer and I didn't and it was necessary. What took him 5 minutes would have taken me...well, suffice it to say, I would have left without vacuuming. Would I use this company again? Absolutely, but I would definitely request Zack.
