A problem was discovered in a pipe that ran along the foundation of the house. It wasn't fastened or secured in any way. They revisited the site to address that problem as well. They have our business for all future plumbing needs. The work was completed promptly and expertly.

The guys from Mr.Rooter repaired a sewer pipe for a gentleman I take care of who is disabled. They were so pleasant and explained everything slowly so he could understand. They were on time and the work they did was high quality. Would definitely recommend them!!

Our basement sump pump failed during a recent rainy period on the same Saturday as a baby shower for our granddaughter was scheduled! The plumber arrived in a mere 30 minutes and installed the new pump within the hour. The 1 1/2 inches of clear water covering the entire finished basement was pumped out before the party began! No bad smells. The technician was very professional and even though their schedule didn't have room for another restoration at that time, he called 4 other restoration companies and had us placed on their waiting lists, too. Help above and beyond what we expected! Price was also reasonable, as this was emergency help on a SATURDAY!

I had been fighting off and on sewer line blockage for 4 months. My now former sewer line cleaner company didn't get the job done after 3 visits. So I employed the Eck professionals to come out and scope my lines with a camera and to have them fix what was needed. Turns out that it was due to extra thick greasy sludge way down the line and the sewer line pipes were fine. Anyway, they got it all cleaned out and it all now works beautifully. Pricing was quite far for what all they did. Everyone was nice and professional. I now have Eck on my speed dial.

I highly recommend Roto Rooter. It is refreshing to experience an honest company that puts the customer first. The service personnel are excellent. They are punctual and the quality of their work is top notch. I recently had sewer problems due to tree roots. It looked like I was going to need a new sump pump too. The sewer line was cleared and the employee cleaned up the mess made. I made an appointment for a new sump pump. Today, two servicemen came to install the pump . They found that the pump needed its line cleared and then the pump worked. They could easily have installed a new pump but were honest and told me the old pump was working fine once the line was cleared. Our family has used Roto Rooter for over 50 years. and their loyalty, honesty, friendliness, and expertise are the best.

It been raining all night and all morning. My basement is flooded but Lyday Home Plumbing saved the day. My sump pump motor blew out and they came quickly to replace the pump as well as took the time to explain what they were doing and preventative tips to help make sure it doesn't happen again.
