Excellent customer service! They arrived at the scheduled time, installation of my garbage disposal was done in a timely manner and they were very clean and respectful of my house. Highly recommend and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

The service technician called and was able to move his scheduled appointment up an hour earlier. While servicing my AC system he found the large capacitor had weakened severely and located a new one and installed during same time. I had a problem with my energy service meter box earlier in the year and since the AC is the largest demand for electricity a weak capacitor may add to the required surge of power to start and run. The meter box had one lug set that was arcing and shorting causing it to be replaced. This might help resolve that issue as well. Thanks to my service tech! Job well done.

Christian is a miracle worker! He’s professional and a hard worker. He truly cares about the customer. He managed to get our sump pump replacement covered by our warranty even though the warranty company was trying to be a pain in the rear about it. Christian didn’t give up. He got it taken care of and replaced quickly before even more rain comes! I am beyond thankful for this young man and for Lyday! Absolutely great company.
