A new floor was laid in our hall bathroom on Monday. Per our agreement with Mr. Rooter Plumbing (Tammy), their technician (Danny Wells) arrived as scheduled the next morning. His work was expeditiously and professionally performed with the installation of a new toilet. Everything looks and works great, and we are very pleased with Mr.Rooter's service!

Their dispatcher told me she couldn't give me the price for the job I needed done over the phone, which was have my main sewer line augered. So I paid a $30 service charge for them to come out and tell me they wanted over $300 for the job, I paid $100 the next day. To their credit the technician was polite and knowledgeable, and even gave me some advice on what to do after I had the job done, even though I opted out of having them servicing my line.
