Had a 15 yr old water heater . Quit heating all together and Dillon, who is a tech from Eck services came and very expertly replaced it in no time at all. We were very pleased with the job and we have used Eck before always with excellent results and for very fair cost. We will use them again for other projects for sure.

I called them today with a blocked main line. Laura was so friendly on the phone and squeezed me in, which is extra nice since we're right up against a holiday. Taylor was at my house in less than an hour, and less than an hour after that I was all fixed up. He gave me a good explanation of what the problem was, what future repairs I may need, and how to go about getting those repairs done. The cost of their visit today was very reasonable. I will absolutely be using them for any future plumbing issues.

Called a few places in Wichita around 5pm and had to leave voicemails. Simmons Plumbing was the only company to call back after hours to schedule a visit. They showed up at 9am the next morning and had the leak fixed by 11am. They were open from the very beginning on the pricing and always asked for confirmation before performing the work. Highly recommend.

I called this company because they said they were 24 hours (called around 7pm) I had one person tell me they would get back with me but no one ever did. I then received a text message and will post that shortly after . I called back around 10pm because I had no clue who was texting me until I called the phone number from someone else’s phone. They had blocked my number. Haha, if you’re black I strongly suggest not even trying this company
