Unfriendly, quick to not help

I had trouble with roots growing through clay tile sewer line. Roto-Rooter service department did an excellent job cleaning out the line while keeping a clean work space. The service provider shared knowledge on what was causing the issue and offered maintenance advice going forward. I was left feeling confident that the sewer line was restored for normal use and felt informed on what to expect in the future.

I have had to use ACRS twice recently. They have replaced the water heater and repair our AC unit. I was very impressed with their quality of work, professionalism and timeliness of completing the job. I would highly recommend everyone to use their services. As far as repair cost they also have the best and competitive rates in the city. I would use them again for sure. Thank you for your services.
