Best Clogged Drain Cleaning in Wichita KS

We called Mr. Rooter to help install sink, dishwasher, and garbage disposal in our kitchen. They were responsive and able to come out the next day. The guy that came was very friendly and explained everything well but the prices that come up in their system are extremely overpriced. I don't like to give bad reviews but just wish I would've known before calling them out.

The Tech's were great. Called me and kept me Informed. Set up a time to be there and were on time.Had to have the main water line from the meter to the house replaced. The Tech's took the time to inspect the rest of the plumbing and drain lines to make sure that there were no other leaks.Very nice to deal with and the Tech's were great. I would highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing repairs

I would recommend 3 D Plumbing and Electric. They went above and beyond in helping us Friday night when our sewer backed up into our house. Most others said they couldn't help us until the following week and 3D said it might be the next day. The next thing I know Brad is at my house trying to find the problem and help us get our water back. He diagnosed the problem and then came back Friday night in the dark and very cold 30 degree weather and found our broken pipe and fixed it. We were very distressed from all the damage in the house but he made sure we had running water and stools as soon as he could. Very nice to work with and they care!

Josh did an excellent job! He was friendly and courteous, and explained what he was doing throughout the repair. He cleaned up when he was done. I appreciated that I felt safe with him in my home.

Apparently the inspector marked me as not being home so I had to pay for a $75 reschedule fee. I was home ALL day and did not receive a phone call even though it wasnt my fault. Other then the the customer service was ok.
