At Joseph Plumbing, they contacted me promptly and arrived at their appointment time as agreed upon. They remove all materials involved in the removal and installation of my water heater. They didn't receive a 5-star due to not cleaning the floor area or its surroundings where the new water heater was placed. I was expecting that because of a previous reviewer's comment. However, they can definitely be recommended for their services.

I had a water pressurizer that leaked and flooded my basement. I contacted Kap and explained the situation and I sent pictures of the pressurizer. Kap came the next day with the pressurizer and installed without any issues. He also explained everything in detail and was very professional. I also had him fix a drain pipe in bathroom. I am scheduling more plumbing work to be done by Kap in the future.

We had an issue with a faucet that was leaking and causing water to go everywhere, along with the knobs under the sink being corroded. Joseph completed the job within an hour and at a very reasonable price. Everything is working perfectly now! We will definitely be utilizing him for our upcoming bathroom and kitchen projects!

Apparently the inspector marked me as not being home so I had to pay for a $75 reschedule fee. I was home ALL day and did not receive a phone call even though it wasnt my fault. Other then the the customer service was ok.

It is not often that you are able to say you found the perfect plumber. But thank God for Joseph Plumbing. An honest, professional and above and beyond kind of service was my experience. In the process of selling my home a last minute inspection found some problematic issues that had to be repaired within days or the deal would fall apart BUT for the grace of God stepped in Joseph Plumbing. Please work on communicating professionally. If you was offended by me offering my Lowes Card for supplies, that was not my intention, it was just a question. A more professional answer to that question could have been I don't do business that way and NOT I'm not running a charity I'm a business. However, I do appreciate you coming and turning the water off in the middle of the night but I wish it was communicated that you would not be available to come back and replace the shower valve so the water can be turned back on. NO ONE would be OK with there sick Mother being in the house ALL day without running water. If I knew that you was not going to be able to come back during regular business hours I would've had it fixed right then and/or arranged for someone else to fix it that morning.

I highly recommend Joseph Plumbing. I had water and mold damage in my home and needed to get the shower pan replaced in the bathroom. Joseph Plumbing also provided the build back construction that was needed after remediation was complete. Pricing was fair and quick response. Getting some of the materials was a challenge due to the store closures and restrictions because of COVID19 but that didn't stop this company from completing their job. I will definitely be using Joseph Plumbing in the future.

I was lucky enough to find Joseph on Home advisor. I called Joseph Thursday afternoon at 4 p.m. and my water heater was installed Friday by 2. Joseph works neatly. No mess. hisprices are fair and he is an honorable man. he actually lowered the price he quoted me because he didn't put in a valve that he thought he would have to. He told me that , I didn't ask. Great service. It was done professionally and quick. He told me he would be here between 12-4 and ended up being able to come earlier to unclog a backed up toilet. Professional equipment and plumber was really nice. If someone I know asks for a plumber, I will definitely recommend this company. I recently had my water heater replaced by Joseph Plumbing and can attest to their efficient professional work in replacing my unit. I did not have a water leakage or emergent situation but considering it was the original water heater put in the condo and had some corrosion at the base I decided to have it replaced. I first went and priced the water heater. I then called other well known plumbing companies. After getting their quotes I called Joseph Plumbing and was pleased with their reasonable quote and even more pleased with how quickly and professionally they worked and even hauled away my old unit, something the other well known company did not include in their quoted price. I readily recommend this company for water heating related work and will refer them to my friends who may need this work.
