Definitely suggest! I had reached my wits' end trying to figure out how to fix the leaking drain in our do-it-yourself sink. After leaving a message on Steve's phone, I got a return call less than 15 minutes later. He was pleasant and helpful as he asked questions to determine the severity of the emergency, and because of a cancellation, his crew was on the way to us in under an hour. The guys Steve sent (I think Steve and Brian?) were punctual, efficient, and skilled. I admire that, given the current pandemic outbreak, they all opted to wear face masks. When they were done, they patiently went over the changes with me and addressed any questions I had. I am glad I paid for their quick and professional service, even though the drain leak was rather minor. After they fixed my botched do-it-yourself attempt and reviewed the remainder of my work, I finally feel comfortable with our new sink setup. Instead of trying to fix it yourself, call in the pros.

They let me know when Daniel was coming and the sent a nice picture of him. He was very personable and knowledgeable! He told me what to do to prevent my sump pump line from freezing again. The price was very reasonable. I called Friday after 5:00 PM and they were here first thing in the morning! They are my go to plumber!

Good price, addresses all my concerns, cleaned after themselves, gave me advice. I do wish that they would have covered the hole in my ceiling & I would have paid extra instead of me having to do it. I will defiantly call them for my future needs.

Updated: I paid $89 for an inspection, $345 for dishwasher install. From initial call to inspection to actual installation was about 10 days. There was a plumbing issue with the supply line to the dishwasher (supplied off of the cold line, not the hot). I also needed a new outlet (the old dishwasher was wired directly to the electrical). PD Plumbing wasn't able to do the electrical, and the cold water supply was missed initially. I was given a partial refund and they offered to fix the plumbing for free (again, not their fault; this was from when the home was built). Home Depot was originally supposed to install for $185, but refused due to plumbing connections (note: I've had 4 plumbers from two companies look over the connections, and the only issue was the hot/cold. Not the connections). I initially rated PD Plumbing 1/5 stars for incomplete installation and cost, but changed to 3/5. When I called to report the issues, I was given a partial refund and they offered to fix the plumbing for free. Everyone I spoke to was professional and understanding. I did not take them up on their offer to fix the hot/cold line issue and instead went with a different plumber. The other company came out in two days from my call and had the repair complete.

Called to get service and no one called me back - very frustrating

Waited at home more than 5 hours and called three times before finally getting a response. Technicians were pleasant enough, which is why this is a 2 star review not 1 star. They Inspected my system and requested $1,250 to repair it. They also gave me a hard upsell to a $3,999 ‘upgrade’. The situation did not smell right so I paid the $99 call out fee and got a second opinion from another vendor. Problem was fixed to my satisfaction for $327. Would not go near Eck again, based on this experience.

Very professional and easy to work with. They care about the customer and get the problem taken care of.

The work took about two hours and I am very pleased with the services he provided! He was very helpful and honest.

Worthless sense of customer service and over priced

My wife and I have used Roto-Rooter for over thirty years (probably about 8 to 10 house calls) and have nothing but good things to say about their service and friendly employees (folks on the phone and technicians who come to your house). Everyone who comes to our house (Byron most recently) has been knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. They get to the root of the problem, clean up and are finished. This is a good company in my opinion!

Absolute professionalism, quick and well done installs. Nice people who are in and out like they were never there. Left work areas cleaner than when they came in.

Never used this company but an employee driving the company van flies down my street all the time, driving recklessly. We live within a few blocks of three schools. Not the best image for the company and not safe for the kids around here.

This company t is pathetic, just because it was a warranty claim, they gave me a ridiculous price to replace water lines and gas lines even though it was ok and up to code. I called to ask questions about just leaving the existing lines because I didn't have the almost $700 to replace those lines and haul away the old one. Insurance covered the part and labor but this company tried to get me for unnecessary parts and when I called, they said they would have the technician call me back but never did and when I try calling now, it goes straight to voice-mail and voice-mail is not set up so you couldn't even leave a message if you wanted too. This company is a rip off and I would not recommend them to anyone. Definitely not a reputable company.

the sewer backed up into our basement. Olson's came out immediately and cleaned our sewer line out. They were very professional and nice to work with.
