These guys are great. All 3 units in my aging Cambridge building installed boilers courtesy of TFlow a few years ago. This morning I went into the basement and found water leaking... called TFlow and found Jonathan & Henry there in a flash. They tried hard to avoid replacing many parts and also gave me tips on dealing with ancient radiators. In the end, they did need to do some more serious work, but they did it quickly and efficiently and I was very pleased the cost and most of all, the excellent service. Thanks are due to Jonathan and Henry, and to TFlow for being such a reliable company!

True Blue was recommended to me through my community blog. He amazed me immediately as he returning my first call to him within about 30 minutes. Listened very carefully to my concerns and immediately scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He called to let me know he would be at my home in 10 minutes.

He is extremely knowledgeable about steam boilers and intimately knew my 40 years steam boiler and it curious oddities. With an hour's work by he and his associate he brought me up to speed on the workings and possible issues with my 40 year old boiler.

Together Steven as Coleman his associate renovated and restored my boiler to tip top condition for its age. Instead of my having to purchase a brand new boiler for about $7,000.00 his visit and advise cost me $250 for two men working on revitalizing my 40 years old boiler to best possible condition for the coming window season.

Sam is the absolute best! I've been using him for over 10 years. I was lucky to find him. He is not only friendly and efffiicent but he has the best response time and always picks up his phone. I've come to totally rely on him for my needs. Just recently I was having issues with my washer and I called him. He was on vacation and still picked up my call to let me know that he did not fly back till Sunday night. Come Monday morning at 8am he was at my door. He is so trust worthy and his rates are reassonable for the time and effort he puts into all the projects I've had for him over the years. He tries his best to fix something before he has to replace it and always tells you what he is doing. If you are looking for a new plumber, search no more!

Don’t call they charged $150 for 10 mins. Flooded bathroom and said I needed a plumber!

Ernie at Metro Boston Plumbing did great work for us. He tore out our old bathtub, tile, and piping, and installed a new, jetted tub and surround, piping and fixtures, as well as some sheetrock surround. It required multiple visits, which he cheerfully did. He fixed other plumbing as well! Ernie is reliable, timely, and kept the area clean and did great work! He really went above and beyond for us. We are very pleased with Ernie's work! Thank you, Ernie, for modernizing our home!

Vaughan plumbing is very good. Not only do they know what they're doing and arrive when they say they will, but they are willing to go the extra mile for you. Derek will work with you to figure out the best way to deal with problems as they come up, and get the job done professionally--and with perseverance. My most recent project had to do with installing a kitchen faucet on a granite countertop, whose holes had been drilled too small. The way Derek handled the whole thing was truly laudable, and the project was done on time and within budget. This is how a company builds customer loyaty. Thank you Vaughan!

Our kitchen sink was backing up but we weren't unable to find the clog ourselves. We finally called Roto-Rooter and a plumber, Carl R. arrivedvery quickly and was able to identify the issue for us. He was incredibly courteous and completely cleaned the area after clearing the drain and removing the obstruction. We would absolutely call him again!

I had an issue with my newly installed heat pump. Boston Standard fit me into their schedule promptly. Jeff was on time, very knowledgeable, and helped troubleshoot the issues and fixed my thermostat. He explained the issue and showed me the fix. He and his partner were very courteous and helpful.
