I called this company to repair the diverter for my shower and I am frustrated for paying $78 Service Fee to have someone come to my place to tell me I need to research for the part And let them know when I find the part. I’m not a plumber, I don’t know the resources to find this and I have no time for that! I can’t believe I got charged for that! Perhaps I should open a plumbing consulting company and charge people for that! The plumber was nice.. He was just following instructions from his boss.

I had a water heater leak, they came out and placed a temporary repair until a new tank could be installed the next day. Quick service at a good price.
