Mark and team legit saved my condo. They came in and uncovered the true source of smell and where drain flies were coming from. Due to this we found out that there was a plumbing line issue. This saved us a ton of money from a competitor that was pitching us an expense fix that would not even have solved the underlying issue at hand. Can't recommend these guys enough. They are fast, and reliable.
My good friend, a Master plumber, described the problem we were having, and saidwe needed to call a good sewer line cleaning company, like Rapid Flow. Same day service, very professional and they cleanup well. Highly recommended.

I have had Jason and Brandon so far, who have come to my home and both technicians have gone above and beyond. They explain what they need to do and the cost, which by the way is very reasonable. Have used Rapid Flow before. Always quick to respond and thorough in troubleshooting and fixing the issue at hand. Would highly recommend and use them again if necessary.
Had an unexpected clog in main line to septic around 5pm. Spoke to Tom who dispatched Chris. Chris was here in about an hour. He had the right equipment, and solved the problem quickly. Very happy with the service, and would highly recommend.

The guy on the phone was such a sweetheart and got someone out to my house in 45m. No one could unclog my shower and sink that hadn’t been used for over a year while maintenance was being done to the residence. The gentleman who came couldn’t do it at first but was so determined and got it done! I couldn’t have been more grateful!

It took a couple of tries to finally clear the blockage if this drain in a commercial store. Who would have ever guessed they would put a camera in the drain and find a piece of metal that was actually causing things to hang up! They were persistent I. Chasing this down….

Unbelievable service. I had a clog in my tub drain and within an hour of calling, my drain was clear and Jason was already on his way. On a Sunday. On a Sunday!! And, the price was the same as a regular day, no upcharge. I would use Rapid Flow again in a heartbeat. Complete professionals and pleasant, friendly service.

I called Rapid Flow when I discovered a sewer line backup. Charlie was here less than two hours later. He was a pleasure to deal with and quickly got our sewer line cleaned out and backing business. He even did some cleaning up for us from the mess caused by the backup and offered some great suggestions about how to avoid future issues. They didn't even charge us an emergency fee for the quick response. I'll call Rapid Flow again for anything similar in the future and strongly recommend them.

Rapid Flow has compromised with me and with the Town of Saugus on the small amount of grease generated by a once-a-week breakfast held at the Saugus American Legion. I appreciate their flexibility and cooperation.

The reviews here don’t lie. After I read the positive reviews I decided to give Rapid Flow a call. The operator was really pleasant and professional. She got the technician to call me back in less than 10 min. The technician Jason came to my house within 30 min from when I spoke with him. The night before I spent an hour trying to unclog the bathtub with a plunger 🪠 and the drain clog snake. The snake could not go very far down the drain something was blocking it. Jason told me there is a trick and you have to have the right tools as well. He was able to pull a huge amount of hair out and solved the issue in no tine. I am happy I called them. Jason did a great job. Thank you Jason!

Charlie was excellent - he analyzed the problem very quickly and was very honest about what we could do without spending hundreds of dollars. A few techs need major attitude adjustments. Highly recommend retraining technicians on customer service. There are other companies willing to take the same work for less. A smile goes a long way, why make your client uncomfortable?

I just want to say thank you specially Pete the drain technician, he is a rock star. He resolved my issue in 30 min fast and in the most professional way. Before contacting Rapid Flow, I had another Plummer who worked on the same issue for over an hour and couldn't unclog the drain, but here he comes Pete to the rescue from Rapid flow (just like the name RAPID) solved the issue in just 30min. I called Rapid flow with an emergency drain overflow on my kitchen sink that was leaking out of my dishwasher. 3 hours later they had a technician at my door(Chris) who was excellent and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and described what he was doing the entire time.
Charlie came to my house today on time and fixed my clogged toilet. He was very clean and professional and made sure I was happy and satisfied. Ask for Charlie- he is the best!!

I have used this company 2 times for clearing a clogged drain after a plumber was unsuccessful. They are very prompt. I called them at 4 pm on a Saturday, and my drain was cleared by 6:30. They cleaned up all the mess, like it never even happened. Excellent service. It is a very old home with old pipes. This company has the right tools to get the job done.
