Best Sump Pump Repair in Boston MA

i've used this company several times over the years for clogs - the main line to the house, the washer, the tenant's (who dumped grease & bolts down the drain) sink. they have always been reasonably priced and did a great job on the clogs. i was in the process of recommending them to a friend so i decided to write a review.

Very friendly staff, and very pleased with the professionalism as well as the work done. Staff was great about wearing masks/social distancing during the job as well. 100% would use again.

We recently called T-flow as we had a burst pipe in our basement which resulted in a loss of heat and water. Matt's team arrived to our home in a reasonable amount of time and proceeded to correct our problem in record fashion. Henry and Jose were professional, efficient and thorough. we will not hesitate to utilize T-Flow in the future.

Paul was very polite and professional. I am very happy with my new water heater. Very clean and professional plumber that I would like to recommend to anyone.

Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

I hired McMahon when the 1/4 hp motor on my hot air furnace died. It was an old furnace and the tech told me they could not find a replacement motor anywhere (they looked for couple hours) he told me a new furnace is ~$8-9k.

The tech said if I found a motor they would install it, very nice. I found one on ebay (exact model # motor but also ~30 years old). I had the tech install the old $89 ebay motor and it did not work. I understand it was my gamble and it cost me. It was ~800 for McMahon to install the faulty motor

I took the old motor to an HVAC supply (Custom Fan in Medford) and within 1 minute the guy behind the counter found an identically spec'd motor (for $280). I highly recommend anyone in the same situation to do go to Custom Fan.

I also had McMahon service the two functional furnaces (it is a triple decker) at a cost of 369/per furnace. When I looked I realized they had not even replace the air filters, and when I looked in the track the filter goes I could see the accumulated dirt in the duct work.

I paid McMahon by credit card over the phone, as I was not present when the work was done. Despite being told by the tech I would get a receipt that afternoon, and despite the fact I have called and asked for receipts 4 times I have yet to receives in excess of $1,500 dollars.

I took the new motor I found at Custom Fan and installed it myself. It works perfectly and took me ~ 45 minutes to do, would have been quicker but I also installed 3 new filters ($45).

Highly recommend using Frank, I was very happy with all aspects of the job, and would call him again.

Great customer service and workmanship. Replaced the kitchen faucet and the garbage disposal. Quick and efficient and a happy customer!

I called Nick and his team to install an addition water meter for irrigation. They were very responsive and timely when it came to the job and do great work. In the past I have used Nick’s team to replace a water heater as well as fix a sump pump. I would recommend Plumr

Steven of True Blue Heating definitely rises to the name of his company.

True Blue was recommended to me through my community blog. He amazed me immediately as he returning my first call to him within about 30 minutes. Listened very carefully to my concerns and immediately scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He called to let me know he would be at my home in 10 minutes.

He is extremely knowledgeable about steam boilers and intimately knew my 40 years steam boiler and it curious oddities. With an hour's work by he and his associate he brought me up to speed on the workings and possible issues with my 40 year old boiler.

Together Steven as Coleman his associate renovated and restored my boiler to tip top condition for its age. Instead of my having to purchase a brand new boiler for about $7,000.00 his visit and advise cost me $250 for two men working on revitalizing my 40 years old boiler to best possible condition for the coming window season.

If you need a Gentlemen, Knowledgeable, a Great Communicator and a man of his work for plumbing and heating in the Boston area I can highly recommend Steven of True Blue.

Vinny and Lucas were exceptional.I just stopped them in the middle of the road for helping me jumpstart my car. They went totally out of their way going into one-way and moving the car a few times in tight quarters and get me started. They literally were exceptional. Can’t thank them enough for their niceness That’s truly called being a good Samaritan.

I was unable to find a plumber and via Angi I sent a request for a heating and hvac company Stephen from Chilli Whillie in Saugus was the only one to contact me it being a Saturday I had lost my heat Stephen from Chilli Whillie called and came out found the issue and due to the holiday wasn’t able to come til Wednesday but his technician Anthony came out installed our new heating system this company exceeded our expectations they are the best of the best and I would highly recommend them

They take advantage of you if you are in a fix. My water heater broke and called them to replace it on a Saturday. They came replaced the heater took the old one back.
GE Water heater with same warranty (6 yrs) costs $425 in Home depot. They charged my tenant $2250 plus $ 375 for coming on Saturday.
When confronted I was told that they used better water heater which costs $1100. That means I was still charged $1400 for installation ($350 an hour )
He agreed to refund me the overcharged amount and sent me a Big check of $100. Which was promptly returned to him.
Isn't it day time robbery ? Never use them if you don't want to be robbed.
