I called for a neighbor whose main drain clogged on the last day of the year. They sent over a technician who didn't know how to open the main drain pipe...and said they'd send someone more expert two days later!
A total contrast to prior experiences, which is why I nonetheless gave 2* - but for this visit, not even deserving of one.

Our boiler died and since it's quite old, not to mention exorbitant service fees by some companies, we decided to replace it. I called Frank Berardino, he called back right away and in an hour came by our house to give us estimate for replacement. He looked at our old boiler, asked what's wrong with it and before I knew what's happening he checked it and in no time found and fixed the problem - not to mention he saved us thousands of dollars for unnecessary replacement. Frank is the only man I'll call for heating and plumbing services.

Anthony is one-of-a-kind (even more so in the Boston area). Facing issue after issue with my landlord's handyman, it became clear that a true professional would be required, but Drain Flow was more than I bargained for. Within the first call, they answered and let me know they were on a job and would get back. Lo-and-behold, they got back to me promptly 30 minutes later. White's Installed my gas heating system ten years ago. If there ever is an issue (and any issue is with my old radiators, not the furnace) they return my call very quickly. Have recommended this company several times (as a Realtor) and everyone has been pleased!

I had a very good experience with Chilli Willie Plumbing of Saugus. I needed a Vent for a dryer installed, a few places I called were not interested in the job(one said it was to small, one thought it was to hard drilling through stucco). They did a nice job on the Dryer Vent, as well as replacing an old rusted check valve. Jared and Stephan were very polite and professional, as well as knowledgeable. They helped me by answering my questions, even with a quick response after the job, for a follow up question. I highly recommend them, especially for Gas Dryer Vents(or jobs that are unusual that other people may shy away from)

We had James come to troubleshoot our AC and he couldn’t have been more professional. Such a nice guy and cares so much about serving his clients. He not only fixed our AC, but made steps to make future inspection processes more streamlined and efficient, which I greatly appreciated, and was all great value. James was truly fantastic, and if you’re looking for services that Akian provides, you won’t find better talent, customer service, and professionalism. I plan on only using them in the future.
