Best Sump Pump Installation in Boston MA

i've used this company several times over the years for clogs - the main line to the house, the washer, the tenant's (who dumped grease & bolts down the drain) sink. they have always been reasonably priced and did a great job on the clogs. i was in the process of recommending them to a friend so i decided to write a review.

We had a plumbing issue arise Saturday morning. T-Flow was quick to respond to my message (within 45 minutes) and worked very hard to schedule a visit at their earliest availability. Their team was prompt, kept me updated as to their ETA, was very professional, and helped us solve our problem. I would be happy to recommend these to any of my neighbors in the South End. Had my rooftop HVAC unit for my condominum blowout in August during the heatwave. McMahon got someone over to check out the place within two days and ordered the replacement part promptly. They installed the replacement the day the part arrived from the distributor. They even helped me chase down the manufacturer's warranty (there was an issue, long story).

Their technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. I'd recommend McMahon to anyone in the area.

If there was a rating for 10 stars, White's surely deserves it. My interaction with Tom started in March 2019, when we lost our heating system. We called several plumbers and most did not call back. Tom did call back and unfortunately, he was extremely busy and could not come out, but he did refer us to someone that could, and did come out and do a temporary repair to get us through the cold weather and the process to figure out financing. In the meantime, we got some extremely high estimates from some companies that are well known and highly advertised. Sad to say, I think these companies are able to take advantage of the situation that people are in. I got a good reference from my boss about White's and that matters since anyone can write a review and everyone has different opinions about quality of work. I have very high expectations in all areas of performance. We called White's for a brand new high efficiency heating system including a new hot water. Tom was timely, took time to answer all of our questions and he was very easy going and patient. He provided us with a detailed estimate on the spot. He explained to us the most cost effective way to replace our system and when we asked questions to compare his estimates to others, he explained the differences and said he could do it like the others and charge us more money if we wanted. That goes to show that he cares about his customers and not the money he can make. This is a family owned business that has been around for many years. After I got the finances pulled together, I called and setup the installation. Even though the estimate had expired and prices had gone up, he honored the original estimate. The date was set and Tom, his brother and father came, removed the old system, and installed the new one. Their work area was kept neat and clean at all times. All interactions with everyone from the time of setting up the estimate to completion of the project were timely and respectful. I would highly recommend their services.

Nick was very responsive to our outreach and was able to diagnose the problem from a video that was sent to him. His team was on time and changed their schedule to better suit ours. The repair cost was 4x cheaper than another local plumber which we've used quoted...we will be using Plumr from now on!

Pann installed a 2nd zone of heat in my finished basement. Rich and Jack were courteous, explained everything fully and left everything clean and tidy. They also showed up on time and completed the work on schedule. I would recommend.

We used True Blue Plumbing and Heating for a new central air conditioning unit over the summer. They were extremely responsive throughout the whole process and did excellent work.

These folks did a major repair to my heating system last fall and since then when other minor things have come up with the older system they have responded quickly and make sure everything is back up and running smoothly, without even charging for the visit!They really just go out of their way to help out, great team to work with!

Akian service was extremely efficient and easy to use. Needed a drastic clog fixed in both the sink and shower, as well as a new tub overflow lever as the old one broke. From setting up the appointment to payment at the end, it was extremely easy and well worth it. My technician, Uriel, was fantastic. His explanation of the problems and quick analysis was very good, and his service the day of repair was quick, clean, and even walked through post repair function to show the difference. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area

I’ve used Michael on at least 10 projects. I’m a contractor and I have never had a problem with his service or price. The reality is that people’s time is worth something, especially on a weekend emergency call.
