Caleb Whelden and company from CTW plumbing were employed to service and maintain the heating and air conditioning units at a residence of mine for over a years' time. They consistently had difficulty arranging to complete jobs in a reasonable time frame, and often made mistakes, some relatively minor and merely forgetful (such as forgetting to replace caps on refrigerant lines), other mistakes much for irresponsible and dangerous. Caleb Whelden easily became defensive. He was not conscientious about taking responsibility for the problems and inconveniences caused by his actions. An incredible amount of time and money could have been saved if another maintenance team was hired earlier on.

We’ve used T-Flow Plumbing on multiple occasions and had great experiences each time. T-Flow employees have proven to be personable, professional and very knowledgeable of the job at hand. Pricing is fair and they leave everything immaculate clean. We would highly recommend their services.

Tony and Ralph are absolutely amazing. They are both incredibly professional and technically adapt. We have had Tony do work at our house before and of course, he did a great job. I should have commented before, but I didn't. I called him again this morning to see if he could help me out. He had an incredibly busy day, but said he would still fit us in. We are getting ready to enjoy a snow/ice/rain storm, it has already started to snow; but they still came out on a Saturday with these challenges. Tony could have told us no, but he still came out to help us with our issue. He looked at the situation and figured out the best solution. It took minimal time and the issue has been resolved. His prices are incredibly reasonable; yes, you may find someone cheaper, but you get what you pay for. I have made that mistake before and never again. I will only use Drain Flow moving forward.

White's Installed my gas heating system ten years ago. If there ever is an issue (and any issue is with my old radiators, not the furnace) they return my call very quickly. Have recommended this company several times (as a Realtor) and everyone has been pleased!

They sub-contracted John Sewer. I would have preferred to work directly with John Sewer rather than use Plumr as a middle man.

I recently moved to Milton and both heating systems are acting up. I signed up with Pann Home Services as the prior owner also used them prior. I found Ryan to be extremely knowledgeable with both heating systems. Glad he did because I would be without heat on both occasions in middle of November...

True Blue was recommended to me through my community blog. He amazed me immediately as he returning my first call to him within about 30 minutes. Listened very carefully to my concerns and immediately scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He called to let me know he would be at my home in 10 minutes.

He is extremely knowledgeable about steam boilers and intimately knew my 40 years steam boiler and it curious oddities. With an hour's work by he and his associate he brought me up to speed on the workings and possible issues with my 40 year old boiler.

Together Steven as Coleman his associate renovated and restored my boiler to tip top condition for its age. Instead of my having to purchase a brand new boiler for about $7,000.00 his visit and advise cost me $250 for two men working on revitalizing my 40 years old boiler to best possible condition for the coming window season.

Anthony was fantastic. My wife and I bought a house that needed a bit of plumbing work. He listened to, and answered, all our first-time home owner questions. I was able to make more informed decisions because of the time he spent educating me. He gave me estimates for multiple options and helped me prioritize the work load. Salesmenship was minimal and limited to describing how his company could help us solve common problems. Once the decisions were made, he worked quickly and efficiently. When we have the next round of work done, I will be asking for Anthony to do the work.Edit: Anthony and Michelangelo came out to do additional work. Quality amd customer service was just as good as the first time. Anthony even answered some follow up questions about the first work.Andre S was great. He answered all our questions about minisplits. Anthony and his partner Azi were a dedicated and professional team who installed A/C in our 84 yr old home. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship was unparalleled. They were thoughtful in cleaning up and in always wearing masks indoors. Anthony also noticed that our dryer vent cap was broken and that the venting was not done correctly. He was looking out for us- and we so appreciated it! Additionally, the team did not pressure us to finish their work on their timeline when our baby was sick and we needed to pause on the install for a few days. True human beings and professionals! We are so excited for a cool, quiet summer and no more noisy, heavy window A/Cs!
