Best Sewer Lines in Boston MA

I called for a neighbor whose main drain clogged on the last day of the year. They sent over a technician who didn't know how to open the main drain pipe...and said they'd send someone more expert two days later!
A total contrast to prior experiences, which is why I nonetheless gave 2* - but for this visit, not even deserving of one.

Drew came right away, was on time, fixed all my minor plumbing related issues. Very professional and friendly.

Replaced old water filter and isolation valves

Frank did an excellent job assessing and repairing the issue with my furnace. He was a constant professional and someone I would recommend. I am already planning to use his services for a plumbing job at my house.

I had very serious leaking from my garbage disposal last week (it had stopped working for months, but the leaking didn't start until last week). The situation was fairly urgent since the water was getting all over the floor, so I called Anthony. He got back to me right away, and fortunately he was able to fit me in that very day. I was very happy with his work. He's highly professional, and he did a great job . I'll be calling him again whenever I need a plumber!

These guys are awesome! Responded quickly and explained everything as they did it. Double checked their work before they left to make sure the clog was cleared and we wouldn't have an issue in the near future. Would definitely call them again!

If I could give Jason at Rapid Flow a 100 stars, I would. I had a real complicated plumbing situation. I had roots in the main drain, and it was severely complicated by RotoRooter (please never use RotoRooter unless you want to be screwed over and over again. Instead of unclogging my drain, Rotorooter technician got their snake stuck, left it in there for good, left the drain plug and hatch to the pit open, as a result of which I had sewage pour into my basement, thereby creating a very expensive and hassling situation out of a simple one). I called Boston Drain, and their technician could not unclog it. Boston Drain refused to jet the line and suggested a very expensive dig for pipe replacement. In despair, I called RapidFlow. Jason called me back. He was super confident from the get go, and so reasonably priced that I could not say no to his help. He went in and after 3 hours of snaking the drain at night cleared it for me. Boston Drain folks went in the next day, and their master tech told me that Jason had done an unbelievably astounding job on clearing the drain. I was told by unrelated folks that the drain was clear to function without a hitch for 20 years. That apart, I have to say that I have never had an amazingly helpful service person in. I never met Jason in person (I was not at the property, and only talked with him over the phone). He saved me a mountain of heartache, hassle and expense. I cannot help rave about him enough. This guy is out of this world good at his trade. He did not leave me in the lurch like RotoRooter. He worked his magic on a very large root (several inches thick) that had the main drain completely blocked shut. Most everybody would perform a drain surgery to clean it up...but not this guy. He is a wizard.
If you have drain clogs, don't bother going anywhere. Call RapidFlow and ask for Jason. If he cannot fix it, then I do not think anyone else can.

South End Plumbing was great to fix a problem. South End Plumbing was on time and really helped us solve our issues quickly.

Kenny and Nate provided above-the-bar service and there were both so pleasant and wonderful to work with! Kenny had to come back in the afternoon because he discovered that he couldn't help us with the clogged pipe until we had the septic pumped. When he came back with Nate and his camera, they were able to assess the problem and get it fixed quickly - we will definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to our friends, you made a stinky situation so much better!!

THEY CAME OUT TO TUNE UP MY NAVIEN BOILER. ANTHONY DEFINITELY KNEW THE SYSTEM. HE SHOWED ME PICTURES, EXPLAINED WHAT AND WHY HE WAS GOING TO DO SOMETHING. THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT, AND REASONABLE. I WILL HIGHY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. STRONG WORK ETHIC- GREAT COMPANY
