Caleb Whelden and company from CTW plumbing were employed to service and maintain the heating and air conditioning units at a residence of mine for over a years' time. They consistently had difficulty arranging to complete jobs in a reasonable time frame, and often made mistakes, some relatively minor and merely forgetful (such as forgetting to replace caps on refrigerant lines), other mistakes much for irresponsible and dangerous. Caleb Whelden easily became defensive. He was not conscientious about taking responsibility for the problems and inconveniences caused by his actions. An incredible amount of time and money could have been saved if another maintenance team was hired earlier on.

Matt provided same-day service to replace our gas water heater in Brookline. He arrived when he said he would and got the job done quickly for a fair price.

These folks are very professional, they know what needs to be done and are straight with the customer. Great to have a reliable plumbing service close by!!

I called McMahon for an estimate for a new boiler for our church. Andrew from McMahon looked at it fir1 minute and said that they aren’t the company for us, as they don’t do large boilers that need a fireman rating (this may be incorrectly stated). Instead of wasting my time, he then gave me some reputable companies to call. Wish I. Hold have done business w them, but appreciate his forthrightness.

I highly recommend Frank for plumbing problems you may have.. he was professional, friendly and explained things clearly.. he even checked a smoke detector I was having a problem with. I will definitely request his services in the future!

I found my tub and toilet misbehaving at 7am. Figured out quickly it was beyond my ability to work a plunger and called them. They came as quickly as possible and helped me out in a professional way.

Friendly, cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them and use them in the future. I hope I won't need to though!

Anthony and Ralph saved my butt AGAIN. Anthony has been nothing but professional. I called Anthony for a second opinion on a clogged faucet. Anthony knew right away what the problem was over the phone, and came by as soon as he could to fix the issue. He ended up saving me hundreds of dollars in the process.

Anthony goes above and BEYOND. Very trustworthy guy.

We can't speak highly enough of Rich and the work he did for us. He replaced our old hot water heater with a propane fuelled one. The end result has been excellent. He was also kind enough to replace a couple of faucets as an additional side project while he was here. From the start Rich was a consummate professional: he returned calls quickly, came out immediately and gave us a reasonable estimate, and then completed the job in a timely fashion. He will be a our go-to for all future projects. Highly recommend.

We've had Sam at the house a few times now for various projects and have nothing but praise for his work. He shows up at the time agreed upon and doesn't quit until the job is done. He keeps you advised as to what's going on with what he doing......... and he notices things that can be improved and brings them to your attention. The best part is he's a very personable, likable guy. No complaints here!

We put in our SILA Heat/AC (ductless) system 18 years ago. Excellent product, with outstanding and prompt service. Annual service plan is worth every penny.

Jay answered early on a Sunday morning & talked through my potential problem with me, advising me honestly. He came over only hours after & as the problem was negligible he charged me a nominal fee. We were able to talk through a few other potential plumbing opportunities in my home & I was afforded some excellent advise. I'll be using them for any/all of my plumbing needs!

Brian and Tommy are the best. Very knowledgeable and honest. I manage properties and only call them if there is any plumbing needs.

Rich was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish in our process of replacing an old hot water heater. Rich was responsive to our initial phone call, provided a great itemized quote and was transparent about the entire process, including permitting (which many other plumbers we called were not), installation times, and old hot water heater removal.

As soon as we finalized the quote Rich got started that same evening in the permitting process and was able to install the water heater the next day early on a Friday morning. During the installation Rich clearly pointed out the process that he would take to remove the old water heater and how he'd install the new one. He even corrected an issue with water heater placement that will now allow our other neighbors in our condo unit to more easily service their units in the future. Within a few hours our new hot water heater was humming right along and we had improved hot water temperatures right away.

I will be using Rich for any future hot water heater or boiler needs in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking for these services!

These guys are fast and efficient. They were able to unclog my businesses main pipe where others couldn't for much cheaper. Highly recommend.

For the damage that was left behind from the water, WMF Restoration came out and cleaned it all out.

I have lived in a house that’s 125 years old for over 40 years; believe me—I have some experience with plumbers! I’m here to tell you that High Quality Plumbing is far and away the BEST company I have ever dealt with. They are expert at what they do, show up when they say they will, and truly care about doing the best possible job at the least possible expense to the homeowner. Call them. You will be glad you did.

Very disappointing experience with David at Rhino. We hired him to put a camera through our main line from our house to the street in order to identify the cause of our plumbing issues. We commissioned a project to fix the main line based on his work. However, he had three big misses from my perspective. One, he said he went all the way to the street. However, there's no way this could have been possible given how blocked the pipe was (see pics below). Two, turns out the line was PVC and had been replaced previously. This should have been obvious to him. Had we known this, we would have approached the project differently. Three, and most critical, when we called him to talk about this and ask for some type of refund (we paid $650), he was quite rude and unprofessional. He wouldn't even consider the possibility that there was a miss on his part. And then he basically hung up.

It's hard to run a small business, I get that. Getting defensive and blaming everyone else doesn't help. A much better approach could have been I stand by my work but clearly your not satisfied. I can't refund the full amount but how about X. It's most important to me that my customers feel good about the experience.
