As a real estate agent it is important to be able to recommend vendors of all types that I can count on to do the job for my client. This company has not only exceeded all my expectations for my clients, but done so in a timely and professional way. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

I called Matt at T-Flow for my parents who live in Back Bay. They were not getting any water in their kitchen faucet. While this is not really an emergency, it's a huge inconvenience and they have guests quite often so they needed it fixed pretty quickly. I went to Yelp and called 4 plumbers based on the good reviews. I really just went down the list by order of how the businesses appeared on Yelp and location and feedback. Matt was the only one who answered his phone and after explaining the problem he asked for a photo of the faucet, and told me that if he had time to go today, he would. His crew picked up a faucet at Home Depot and came same day to fix the faucet. This was really beyond my expectation and my parents were very pleased!

Frank did call me today to let me know why he didn't make the appointment. I apologized. I had asked why he didn't have someone else contact me to let me know and he said that there wasn't anyone working with him. I still believe letting customers know that upfront will give the customer an understanding and will allow them to empathize on how stressful his work day would go. I take back my negative comments and applaud him for doing what he can for his customers during these stressful and trying times we are all living in. I am truly sorry for writing that but had I known, I would have been more understanding. Again, I hope you can accept my apology. I hope you feel better.

Was able to make an appt on the weekend to fix my water heater. He was professional, on time, and very nice.

Called after hours and Nick told me to schedule an appointment on website which I did for the following week. Justin called ahead to confirm appointment and arrived at the scheduled time. We discussed the work that needed to be done. Justin provided me with a quote and work was promptly completed. Perfect.

My heating died last Sunday afternoon, a day after a snowstorm. I called PANN and within 1-1/2 hours, Peter arrived at my door and determined that the furnace motor had burned out. He said he would be back the next day with a replacement, explained the cost, and left me hopeful. He also offered me a space heater to get me through the night. As a brand new PANN customer, I was thrilled with the quick response to my emergency call!! Long story short, within 24 hours of my original call, Peter was back with a new motor and I had heat again. He was efficient, knowledgeable, willing to answer all my questions about the heating system, and a really nice guy.

So glad I chose PANN for my heating and AC maintenance.

I think Mike and Scott did a great job. My kitchen sink was clogged very badly but they were able to trace the drain to the main line and clear it out. I'm glad he was able to solve it. They also replaced my water valves in the bathroom and fixed my loose toilet.

The only issue that prevented me giving 5 stars was that at the end the bill was not itemized.
Didn't know how the final total was calculated so it did not allow me to check for any mistakes at the time of payment.

Great service! Steve outlined the process for replacing my water tank in plain language and made some additional suggestions but did not try to pressure me into adding other items. He was very informative and helpful. They worked quickly and left things in a tidy manner. I highly recommend Steve and Winters.

Naomi handled most of the administrative details when i first contacted the business. She was so kind and helpful. Very pleasant and responsive.Evan, plumber, came out to assess the problem with my water heater. He was amazing. Very knowledgeable, very accommodating around my needs, thorough and professional. On top of this, he is a delight to work with.At this writing, i am working with scheduler to set up the water heater replacement appointment. My schedule is horrendous--but team is working hard to accommodate my specific needs.

Lost heat to our home, called McGrath Plumbing and a person actually answered as opposed to an answering machine for most other companies. They responded quickly on a snowy stormy night, diagnosed and repaired the problem in quick order and had our heat back on in no time. The charge was most reasonable, more so for it being a weekend and a snow storm. It is nice to know there are still old school local companies which do great work for a fair price. Will use McGrath Plumbing in the future for our plumbing heating needs and definitely recommend them to others.

They take advantage of you if you are in a fix. My water heater broke and called them to replace it on a Saturday. They came replaced the heater took the old one back.
GE Water heater with same warranty (6 yrs) costs $425 in Home depot. They charged my tenant $2250 plus $ 375 for coming on Saturday.
When confronted I was told that they used better water heater which costs $1100. That means I was still charged $1400 for installation ($350 an hour )
He agreed to refund me the overcharged amount and sent me a Big check of $100. Which was promptly returned to him.
Isn't it day time robbery ? Never use them if you don't want to be robbed.
