Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

This was the first time I used this company. The plumber was clear in his description of what the repair would entail and the cost. He fixed the leak and made sure that I too saw nothing leaking. The company followed up to make sure I was satisfied. They provided a level of service that the two companies I called prior to calling McMahon, did not. I am crossing those two off my list of plumbing companies; and keeping McMahon as my go to plumbing company.

We had a clogged tub in our only bathroom the day before we had house guests coming (father's day weekend), so I called Tony Saturday morning for some help. He was already booked so he said he'd try to fit us in, but communicated often and soon was able to give us a firm commitment. Ralph came by first, and as he ran into some issues (bath, sink, and kitchen were all tied together, with no trap access in bathroom) Tony came as well. They were in and out in less than an hour, and cleaned thoroughly before they left. They were quick, courteous, clean, and communicative! I highly recommend them and will be calling them from now on for all of our plumbing needs! Thanks guys!

I would highly recommend Chillie Willie for heat pump installation! They installed a five zone split for our house, were very professional and responsive throughout the quote process, worked with us to ensure the best placement of the units themselves, and did a great/professional job installing the system. The guys were great, despite having abnormal needs for clay studio sinks. The only thing that worked out poorly is there is no down grade from the drain pipes to the clay trap. That pipe needs to slant down for flow and prevention of any sediment build up. As it is, it lays totally horizontal and there's always globs of clay and junk in the pipe between the drain & the trap. I use my finger to try to scoop any out, but have to flush it with clean water and give it a second cleaning every time- which is 1x a month.
