I had an issue with a newly delivered dryer and needed the vent to be reconfigured in a tight closet space. They were upfront on how they would charge when I called and showed up in the time window. So, we all know plumbing emergencies alway happen on holiday weekends, right? Of course! We lost our hot water Friday night. Spent hours Sat leaving messages with answering services, waiting for callbacks.. UNTIL we found Jay at Aaron Plumbing, who ACTUALLY PICKED UP THE PHONE and asked detailed questions about our situation. He and his father came out the next day and took care of us. Had a great experience with Jim's Plumbing & Heating! Jim is very accurate and upfront with the things he can do and can't do, along with his fees and labor cost. He was able to come to our place with only a day notice. Came right on time! Listened to my problem over the phone and asked a number of questions. Before coming to the place he was prepared with his plan of how to address the problem and did a very quick and effective job. Could not have been happier with this plumber! Would recommend his service to anyone!

I was lucky enough to stumble across Morisset Plumbing & Heating a couple of years back after dealing with recurrent issues with our old heating system. Tony has been such a life saver in that time. He has repaired portions of our heating system, replaced old and rusted pipes, replaced a toilet, faucet and the likes. Tony is reliably communicative, professional, on time (will call or text to let you know if he happens to be running late which I ALWAYS appreciate), thorough and extremely patient. He answers all of my questions in terms I actually understand (my plumbing and heating knowledge is extremely limited). My 2.5 year old son excitedly asks for Tony on the days he’s planning to do some work on the house and will talk about him for the following days. I can’t recommend Tony enough!

Had water pouring through basement ceiling when I ran water in kitchen sink - what a mess! Called Sunday night, and Pat came to my house within 20 minutes. He assessed the problem and told me it was a big job, and asked if it was okay if he returned Monday morning. I agreed. Pat was at my door at 7am sharp on Monday and he worked diligently until 3pm. It was very apparent that he not only knew what he was doing, but took great pride in his (excellent) work. The price was very reasonable. I will call Catano Plumbing for any future plumbing needs - and have already recommended them to several of my friends.
