I had these guys out to install our new hot water heater. They were quick and efficient in getting the new unit in and hauling off the old one. They did some new piping work given the height difference of the new heater and did a great job.

Matt was very knowledgeable with all of my questions and extremely transparent with the additional costs for piping that would need to be done before he even arrived. Highly recommend these guys for any residential plumbing work.

AlphaOmega Plumbing did a great job. They had a very nice and friendly staff that fixed our furnace and our AC unit for us! They worked fast and gave a good deal. Definitely better than my past experiences. Now I have someone I can trust!

Jay answered early on a Sunday morning & talked through my potential problem with me, advising me honestly. He came over only hours after & as the problem was negligible he charged me a nominal fee. Our water heater went just a week ago (last week of February, when it was super cold!), and it left our basement inundated! I called Wayne to see if he could replace our hot water heater that day. Thankfully, he said he could be there by 12pm, and he also offered the service of pumping the water out (for an additional fee). This was really helpful because another company told me they would not put in the water heater until I called yet another company to pump out the water from the basement. That would have left us without a water heater for 24+ hours! Wayne worked hard and got the job done by about 5pm. It was great to have hot water the same day. Extra props that he did all this on such a bitterly cold day!

Unprofessional booking experience - didn't even end up using them due to it

I was changing a house water filter and was unable to get a good seal on the pipe. Desperate and in need of help, I call Catano’s number. Pat, answered the call and helped me over the phone. I know he didn’t have to and could have send someone over for an emergency call, but he did it out of his kindness.
