Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

AlphaOmega Plumbing did a great job. They had a very nice and friendly staff that fixed our furnace and our AC unit for us! They worked fast and gave a good deal. Definitely better than my past experiences. Now I have someone I can trust!

Narrow Way has been helping us for almost 17 years and they are great to work with. Professional and courteous, Matt and his team have answered our prayers on more than one occasion. They have fixed leaks in sinks and ice makers, replaced parts in toilets, installed custom basins and faucets with difficult metric fittings, swapped out water heaters and installed our current tank-less unit. They are trustworthy, accountable and their work is warranted and reasonably priced. These guys take care of our problems on time and on budget. I highly recommend them.

My kitchen sink shut off valves failed and got chunks of rubber all up in my faucet, making my kitchen sink totally unusable. Sillari sent plumbers first thing the next morning and they were able to fix the valves and clear the blockage. The two plumbers were very nice and super respectful about wearing a mask in my home.

Jim is very couteous and professional when he is in our home. Once i called Jim when my heater wouldn't start in Feb, I called him at 6 in the morning and heater is working at 9. It helps that he is very responsive for emergencies.

I’m never calling this guy again. Rude, condescending and unhelpful. Joke is on him. We manage, rent and sell hundred of apartments and condos in the south end. He won’t get any of our business. None. Tip for local businesses: treat and talk to everybody with respect. You never know who the person on the other line is.

Klajdi arrived early. He explained what he would do to repair the corroded pipe. He asked us to ok the demolition needed to access all of the pipe which we did. He pointed out other places of corrosion on the pipe. Klajdi had to replace about 6' of pipe. The pipe was on the verge of breaking. I'm sure we would have had a flood if we had waited to call Boston Standard. Klajdi, was pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient. He carefully expained what he was doing finished quickly and cleaned up.Klajdi and Boston Standard solved a potential disaster with expertise.
