Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Boston MA

I called for a neighbor whose main drain clogged on the last day of the year. They sent over a technician who didn't know how to open the main drain pipe...and said they'd send someone more expert two days later!
A total contrast to prior experiences, which is why I nonetheless gave 2* - but for this visit, not even deserving of one.

Great service my water heater had decided to die on me and flood my basement and of course it was on a holiday weekend i tried to get 3 other Co.'s to come out and help me with my poorly timed dilemma yiannis was the only one who was willing to come right over to help he had it replaced in no time and i even had him back after the holidays to service my hvac system.

All 5 star reviews for a reason; Frank is knowledgeable, professional, and an all around nice guy. 18 hours after calling (on a Sunday night), I have a new water heater installed, up and running. I also used Gomes to fix my HVAC unit over the summer, and received the same great service then.

I spoke with Matt from Donarumo plumbing about fixing my 95 year old mother's tub faucets. As soon as I talked with Matt I knew I made the right choice for a plumber. Donarumo Plumbing was great. They were on time and professional. They also did a very good job. It is truly like an old fashioned small family business. It is nice to know not everything is just BIG business. I scheduled an appointment for 5/6. They gave me a 4 hr window of when they would arrive. At 2:55pm I received a text telling me they will call me shortly. I replied to the text saying ok, and asked to confirm they are still coming within the 4 hr window given to me? I did not get a reply to my question. They never called me, and they never showed up. I will NEVER use this company! Extremely unprofessional.

Frank is great! Responsive, on time, addressed the repair to our sump pump with ease, and double checked his work. I highly recommend and will be using him again! Plus his rates are great

Tony and Ralph are absolutely amazing. They are both incredibly professional and technically adapt. We have had Tony do work at our house before and of course, he did a great job. I should have commented before, but I didn't. I called him again this morning to see if he could help me out. He had an incredibly busy day, but said he would still fit us in. We are getting ready to enjoy a snow/ice/rain storm, it has already started to snow; but they still came out on a Saturday with these challenges. Tony could have told us no, but he still came out to help us with our issue. He looked at the situation and figured out the best solution. It took minimal time and the issue has been resolved. His prices are incredibly reasonable; yes, you may find someone cheaper, but you get what you pay for. I have made that mistake before and never again. I will only use Drain Flow moving forward.

Nick and his team installed a new Super Store water heating tank for me two years ago. He charged me a reasonable price for the job. Nick and the guys did a great job. They were very professional, knowledgeable and very nice. After almost two year I got a small issue with my aquastat on the tank. I called Nick and he offered me help immediately! Nick found a time window for me, came over to my place, tuned up the aquastat and released extra air from the system. Despite the warranty on the labor had expired Nick charged me nothing! Thank you Nick and the Plumr! I highly recommend!
