Great service my water heater had decided to die on me and flood my basement and of course it was on a holiday weekend i tried to get 3 other Co.'s to come out and help me with my poorly timed dilemma yiannis was the only one who was willing to come right over to help he had it replaced in no time and i even had him back after the holidays to service my hvac system.

Matt replaced the sewer ejector pump for my rental property. He was very professional and took time to explain the problem and ways to prevent similar problems in the future, highly recommended!

Call service because my basement was flooding. T-Flow said it was my water heater and I would have to call back to get an replacement. My son later came down the flooding was do to my sump-pump was broken and the water heater pilot light need to be replace. Very disappointed!!!!

No issue with the work performed. Do note that they will be very expensive for smaller jobs - better off calling a handyman if it's something you can probably do yourself but just don't have the time.

We had an ugly situation in which an invisible toilet leak ended up eroding our bathroom floor so that it partially caved in. Tony diagnosed the problem and told us how to proceed. We hired a person to rebuild the floor and tile the area. I was particularly impressed by Tony's thoughtfulness in continuing to text us about the progress of the floor and tiling job. Clearly he gives a lot of thought to his customers As soon as the floor was complete, Tony and Ralph returned to install a flange and outflow extension as well as installing new low-flow toilet. They cleaned up scrupulously after the job. I would happily recommend Drain Flow to anyone needing a household plumbing job. Great to work with. Reasonable costs. Extremely reliable.

Dishonest and worst ever. Sink leak after the repair. Technician did not disclose cost and asking a $20 basket strainer for $300 as part cost. Threatening to charge labor if he put the old parts back. I have to settle for $50. Call the office file a complaint, but no respond. Don't do business with this company!!!

This is by far the sleaziest operation in town. Came over to snake the drain, blew a hole in our pipes and then charged me 1200$ To fix his mistake as water poured through the floors into the basement. Put me in a situation where I had no choice but to agree to this price. What a JOKE! Avoid them at all costs, many many other options out there.
