I called for a neighbor whose main drain clogged on the last day of the year. They sent over a technician who didn't know how to open the main drain pipe...and said they'd send someone more expert two days later!
A total contrast to prior experiences, which is why I nonetheless gave 2* - but for this visit, not even deserving of one.

I had CTW Plumbing and Heating for several plumbing jobs. He did not supervise his plumbers, delayed fixing unfinishied job and sent some bills almost 9 months later for a return visit and other paid job. CTW owner Caleb did not supervised one major job that cost close to $3,000 of repairing heat pipe. His plumber left metal end caps bend and stuck out in several places. Only after I asked him repeatedlyl to send plumber to come back to fix the end caps, he sent one but still many places have loose end caps that stuck out its sharp metal edges for my rental apartment. Caleb 8 or 9 months later charged for the visit. He also sent me overdue notice for the work that was paid on the day of job again 9 month later. I provided paid receipt from 9 month ago.
He did not listen but stubborn, argumentative, and arrogant instead of straightening things out and He could not provide free services. When did he provided free service? I still have end caps that are loose and open.

John came and repaired some duct work so that the heat flow increased into the room I needed it too.

Called Tom White to make an appointment to service my steam heating system and he said he was booked to next summer. weird.

Frank was very quick to respond when I stated I had a broke water heater. He was very professional, efficient with addressing the situation at hand. It was an emergency issue, and he removed old heater and replaced the new one in a hour.. Installation was fast thereafter! Wonderful service!

I have never hired a plumber before and thanks to the wonderful referal from my neighbor, I had a great first experience with T-Flow. The guys were running a little late, but not long and they notified me beforehand and showed up not long after their call. They got right to business and fixed all three of the things I needed work on. Everything works perfectly now. I think what was most wonderful was how nice they were. The two men were polite, clean, and they educated me on everything. I was nervous about hiring a plumber because I didn't know if they would charge a lot or do an average job, or both, but a friend told me there are bad plumbers but there are also really great ones. I lucked out and got two really great ones. I highly recommend this company.

Called with an emergency and had Adam out here within about 3 hrs. Returned a few days later to help clear out filters after turning the water back on. Will absolutely use again!

I scheduled an appointment for 5/6. They gave me a 4 hr window of when they would arrive. At 2:55pm I received a text telling me they will call me shortly. I replied to the text saying ok, and asked to confirm they are still coming within the 4 hr window given to me? I did not get a reply to my question. They never called me, and they never showed up. I will NEVER use this company! Extremely unprofessional.

Old gas dryer broke, needed a new one installed. Tried calling a number of other plumbers and many of them were unresponsive, had high quotes (or ridiculous $125 service fee to have them come out for the quote), or no available slots for weeks.

From the get go Frank was awesome — quick to respond (answered first time I called), great quote (total price was lower end of quote), and scheduled for the next day. Day of, he called because he was running EARLY and came quickly. Installed the new gas dryer no problem, made sure everything was hooked up correctly, no leaks, and took extra time to make sure the closet door could close (really small room and original layout didn't take into consideration the dryer exhaust vent). Overall really happy I found him — will def use again.

I’ve used Allen Plumbing for over 30 years. Lori is attentive to the office, leaving Michael to do the plumbing. His work has always been impeccable. He recently installed a tankless water system for me that has completely changed how warm my place is. It saved some money also. Plus, Michael has quite the whistle
