Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Boston MA

I called for a neighbor whose main drain clogged on the last day of the year. They sent over a technician who didn't know how to open the main drain pipe...and said they'd send someone more expert two days later!
A total contrast to prior experiences, which is why I nonetheless gave 2* - but for this visit, not even deserving of one.

Caleb Whelden and company from CTW plumbing were employed to service and maintain the heating and air conditioning units at a residence of mine for over a years' time. They consistently had difficulty arranging to complete jobs in a reasonable time frame, and often made mistakes, some relatively minor and merely forgetful (such as forgetting to replace caps on refrigerant lines), other mistakes much for irresponsible and dangerous. Caleb Whelden easily became defensive. He was not conscientious about taking responsibility for the problems and inconveniences caused by his actions. An incredible amount of time and money could have been saved if another maintenance team was hired earlier on.

John came and repaired some duct work so that the heat flow increased into the room I needed it too.

I called White’s recently to replace a leaking 3 foot section of cast iron sewer line.

After calling 6 other local plumbers, White’s was the only one able to stop by the day the leak started, temporarily repair it, and come back the next day to complete the job. They were decent, courteous, neat, and fast.

However, they charged $2400 in labor for a repair that took 4 hours and about $50 in parts. I expected to pay more for an emergency repair, but not to be taken.

If you are willing to pay a premium, White’s will do an excellent job. However, if you can, I’d recommend shopping around.

My hot water heater broke on a Sunday and Frank responded to me very quickly upon reaching out to him. He was prompt and efficient and easy to work with.

Matt did an amazing job replacing our water heater. Our water heater broke on Sunday. Drew and Matt was able to reply me right away. Even though we didn’t perform the job on Sunday since it would require two people to do it. They came first thing on Monday morning and they got it replace so fast within half hour. They are very nice and professional and we will use them again for sure! We highly recommend this company.

These guys were amazing. Matt responded within 15 minutes to a Father's Day 'hail mary' and had someone here less than 12 hours later. His team was professional, efficient, and walked me through all of my options. They solved a challenging problem with ease. They saved the day.

Frank did call me today to let me know why he didn't make the appointment. I apologized. I had asked why he didn't have someone else contact me to let me know and he said that there wasn't anyone working with him. I still believe letting customers know that upfront will give the customer an understanding and will allow them to empathize on how stressful his work day would go. I take back my negative comments and applaud him for doing what he can for his customers during these stressful and trying times we are all living in. I am truly sorry for writing that but had I known, I would have been more understanding. Again, I hope you can accept my apology. I hope you feel better.

I can give a dissertation on how amazing Anthony's service was. Identified problem right away, fit me in schedule, kept to his word and time, helped us understand the problem we had with our bathroom pipe leak, quickly handled it, guided us in advice for prevention, and gave us an outstanding price. Perfection. If you're hesitant. By the time you make a decision someone will probably beat you to the punch that's how much their in demand. His service is priceless. When you have a pipe leak and have paid several people who never fixed it and you are at the mercy of an honest plumber, Anthony will restore your faith in hard working honest people who do an honest and great job. Because lets face it when you're in a pinch anyone can take advantage of you and you won't really know but you'll just have that feeling. I cannot recommend Plumbr enough. We had an emergency leak coming through the basement ceiling of our new house at 10:30pm. I scheduled a morning visit from Plumbr with their online form and had a confirmed visit for the next morning and 11:00pm phone call from the owner, Nick, with recommendations to keep the house safe over night. Nick came over first thing at 8am the next morning. He spent ample time educating me on the piping of the new house and found the leak. The timing, attention, education and thoroughness from this company is something I've never experienced with a service provider in the past. I highly recommend this team in an emergency and I'm grateful that they are in my neighborhood!

They made our new house feel like a home after completing several random, around the house projects I'd been anxious to complete. This is by far the sleaziest operation in town. Came over to snake the drain, blew a hole in our pipes and then charged me 1200$ To fix his mistake as water poured through the floors into the basement. Put me in a situation where I had no choice but to agree to this price. What a JOKE! Avoid them at all costs, many many other options out there.
