We had a plumbing issue arise Saturday morning. T-Flow was quick to respond to my message (within 45 minutes) and worked very hard to schedule a visit at their earliest availability. Their team was prompt, kept me updated as to their ETA, was very professional, and helped us solve our problem. I would be happy to recommend these to any of my neighbors in the South End. I’ve used McMahon Plumbing and Heating for a variety of plumbing and heating jobs at my home through the years. They always do a solid job and are friendly. Recently, my heating system broke during a cold spell. I called and a technician came out later that morning. Unfortunately, my heating system required more than a quick fix. However, the technician who came out was able to temporarily fix the problem so that I would not have to vacate my home for the evening. Later that afternoon, the company called me to explain my options (what needed to be done/pricing) as well as schedule a follow up appointment. The next morning, a technician came back and finished the job. Before leaving, the technician asked for me to do a series of tests just to make sure the problem was fixed. I highly recommend using this company!

I can rely on him to respond quickly and solve the problem. Sometimes other problems get identified during the repair and he has repaired those too for a fair cost. Quick, reliable and dependable.

I recently moved to Milton and both heating systems are acting up. I signed up with Pann Home Services as the prior owner also used them prior. I found Ryan to be extremely knowledgeable with both heating systems. Glad he did because I would be without heat on both occasions in middle of November...

Total sham. He tried to charge me $6800 to replace my AC (less than 10 years old) entirely and charged me $250 for him to diagnosis that, while he was only here for about 30 minutes. Another guy is fixing it for $2400. He also undoubtedly made my AC problem worse while he was diagnosing it. It ran before he was here, and it completely stopped after he left. I'm assuming to cause some urgency in this summer heat and just have my blindly agree to his $6800.

Prompt, transparent, and reasonably priced! I have used other plumbing and heating businesses in the area but Narrow Way is the best when it comes to reasonable pricing and good craftsmanship! I had an issue with a newly delivered dryer and needed the vent to be reconfigured in a tight closet space. They were upfront on how they would charge when I called and showed up in the time window. Highly recommend!

Amazing work by E Francis Plumbing & Heating! Not only was the quality of work and professionalism top notch, but they went above and beyond to ensure that my concerns were addressed. As a new homeowner, I had a list of repairs that needed to be addressed. Mike ensured that the gas pipe connected to my stove was completely secure by attaching a new piece of wood behind my drywall. Then, after hearing about my concern about mice coming through the remaining gap, he offered to fill the space with pest foam sealant. Definitely not part of his job requirements, but like I said above and beyond! Would highly recommend and will have them back for future jobs. Thanks, Mike!

There simply isn't a better service in the Boston area. I learned early on, 15 years ago, that when other providers feel even the least bit inconvenienced, the price goes through the roof. I have NEVER had this issue with Roto-rooter. Prompt. Professional. Top Notch. I have never, ever felt as if i was inconveniencing them. Don't waste your time calling around. This is the place to go (Kyle #6651 is the model of professionalism).

Quick to schedule a service call for a broken hot water heater. They came out the same afternoon and fixed the problem for $300 including parts. Most others we talked to were recommending a complete replacement. Unsure how long we would be staying in the house so this was the best course of action. Would use again.
