I noticed my 10 yr old hot water heater for my condo started leaking late one night after work so I contacted T-Flow. I called after 9 PM and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Matt, the owner of T-Flow. Not only did Matt help me find the information on the heater that he needed but he had a team at my home at 9 AM the following morning to begin the removal and installation of my new hot water heater! He didn't pressure me into buying any specific brand and he gave me price options. I felt that Matt was fair, honest and very professional! T-Flow got the job done in a timely manor and left the area spotless too! I would definitely use T-Flow again and I STRONGLY recommend them to anyone in the Boston Area!

I called Winter Home Services on short notice to inspect and clean my boiler and identify the source of a stale odor. David arrived the same morning and provided very professional services and recommendations. He explained what needed to be done and gave me the exact cost. He was very thorough and found the source of the odor. He also identified the need to repair a broken trap in the old soapstone sink which was near the boiler. The boiler is now sparkling clean and the work area is spotlessly clean. And, he answered my questions about replacing a kitchen faucet and about options for replacing my hot water heater. He was very well prepared to identify options and costs. I am very impressed with the quality of services which David provided and highly recommend him for his knowledge and experience,educational/ trouble shooting advice, and professionalism in plumbing.

Drain stars were incredible. We had a serious main line sewer issue that only Andy was able to take care of after 2 other service providers showed up and failed. Andy’s technology is second to none and was necessary to unclog the drain. Further, he knew it was an emergency and came out on a Sunday. He was easy to work with, timely, and was happy to walk me through the process.

Would strongly recommend Andy and his team.

Jay answered early on a Sunday morning & talked through my potential problem with me, advising me honestly. He came over only hours after & as the problem was negligible he charged me a nominal fee. We were able to talk through a few other potential plumbing opportunities in my home & I was afforded some excellent advise. I'll be using them for any/all of my plumbing needs!

If I could give Velocity plumbing 6 stars, I would. He has come to my home 3 times now for different issues (including one big job replacing the upstairs bathroom drains and taking out the old cast iron) He's quick, straight-forward, friendly, and very reasonable.
I won't use anyone else moving forward for any of my heating or plumbing needs. Well done Tommy -- you got a customer for life!

I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received from Roto-Rooter. The initial person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and asked meaningful questions to understand the issue. The plumber arrived within the time frame specified and got right to work. He was extremely professional, explained what he was doing and, ultimately, fixed the issue. I wouldn't hesitate to call on Roto-Rooter in the future.

Very disappointing experience with David at Rhino. We hired him to put a camera through our main line from our house to the street in order to identify the cause of our plumbing issues. We commissioned a project to fix the main line based on his work. However, he had three big misses from my perspective. One, he said he went all the way to the street. However, there's no way this could have been possible given how blocked the pipe was (see pics below). Two, turns out the line was PVC and had been replaced previously. This should have been obvious to him. Had we known this, we would have approached the project differently. Three, and most critical, when we called him to talk about this and ask for some type of refund (we paid $650), he was quite rude and unprofessional. He wouldn't even consider the possibility that there was a miss on his part. And then he basically hung up.

It's hard to run a small business, I get that. Getting defensive and blaming everyone else doesn't help. A much better approach could have been I stand by my work but clearly your not satisfied. I can't refund the full amount but how about X. It's most important to me that my customers feel good about the experience.
