We did a large renovation in my home, and Drew and his team renovated a bathroom as well as installed a kitchen sink, with water line for the fridge and the garbage disposal. They needed to work around other trades, and were responsive, flexible, and did great work. I recommended them to a friend who needed a faucet replaced, and they showed up the next day and took care of that project. Reasonable pricing, prompt service and great high quality work. First, I called Matt to schedule an appointment that was at my convenience. He then diagnosed the problem over the phone to assure me that the fix would be straightforward and quick. Henri and Ed arrived at my condo as scheduled. Both were very polite, professional and friendly. They were very neat, including placing a large padded blanket on the floor around the work area. The fix was a challenge because it required shutting off the water to all the units in the building. Unfortunately each unit does not have a separated shutoff. They fixed the problem quickly all the while keeping me informed as to their progress. The water was back on in less than an hour. I would highly recommend T-Flow Inc. Great guys!

Technicians came out and they were friendly and knew what they were talking about. But, BEWARE, they rip you off when it comes to pricing. And when you ask for a break on price, they say they can’t help you. Such waste of time. Go with a local plumber/small mom and pop shop instead. I literally saved $1500 this way.

These guys were great and I highly recommend. On time and very responsive. They serviced our water heater and added a gas line so we could convert to a gas stove. Nice to also see some young blood in the business.

Silas answered the call and stopped by to look at my unit the same day that evening and figured out it was the capacitor that was broken. He was able to replace it the following morning and I've had no issues with my AC since then! I am impressed with Silas and the Montrond Company's responsiveness, professionalism and efficiency. He gave me some good advice and suggestions on a heating issue I've been dealing with and plan to use them for that project as well. The Montrond Company is trustworthy and has the customer's best interest at heart.
