Jim did an excellent work on removing the kitchen garbage disposal and connecting a new pipe to the sink. Very efficient, work well done and the kitchen and under the sink were left super clean! I will definitely keep Jim as our plumber from now on.

My heating system broke during the cold winter months. My uncle referred me to Silas. I called Silas he came in right away and was able to replace the parts needed. During this summer my AC stopped working I called Silas again. ( of course :)) he answered right away and stopped by the same day and fixed the unit by that evening with new parts. Wayne helped me save time and money by allowing me to send him pictures of the water main piping a home inspector said needed to be looked at. He was very quick to call me back and to tell me exactly what was worth fixing vs leaving as is. I appreciate Wayne's honesty and will definitely call him back if I ever have other plumbing issues.

The worker that came was extremely professional, engaging, informative and didn't pressure me to get the work done that day, due to my financial concerns. I had an excellent experience with a plumbing issue. Maddaleni Plumbing's work was efficient, got the problem in my kitchen fixed, and at a fraction of the cost of another plumber's estimate. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He fixed a problem in an hour an a half that two other plumbers couldn't accurately diagnose and fix.

He was responsive when providing quotes, competitively priced and was happy to answer any questions we had related to the process. He is fully certified as a master plumber and his workmanship showed on the job. He helped us with processing the HEAT loan from MassSave and provided quick service even considering the impacts of COVID-19. He was professional on-site and was always sure to maintain distancing and wore a mask.

He was friendly and gave us updates on the work he was doing and why he was doing it. Our house is fairly old and had amateur work done by the previous owner and he took it upon himself to clean up several fittings and went above and beyond what was asked of him at no charge.

Overall, an excellent experience and we'd happily use his services again. Highly recommended.

Just called them and ask if they can stop by and look at the job and give a quote. I had a few different types of works around the house including adding a heating zone, replacing old baseboards and every work that I mentioned to him, his reply was I am not interested! It is quite disappointing to see that there is no respect for the customer and they can be picky to this level.

Joe responded quickly to the typical emergency (I have no hot water) call promptly, and I had a new hot water heater at a reasonable price within 3 hours of the call. Not bad at all! Very professional, reasonably priced, honest and quick.

Very professional. They serviced my gas furnace and checked out my hot water heater. The previous plumber I had called out didn't even understand the venting situation with my hot water heater and they left and came back just to re-light the pilot light... Mound, on the other had, was immediately able to identify the setup and diagnose what had happened. I'll be using them for regular service going forward.

Called when my boiler wouldn't start. It was 2 degrees outside. When the plumber arrived, he had a bad attitude when he walked into the door. He almost broke my nest thermostat. When we went down to the basement, he was convinced the boiler was working, but it wasn't, the house was still 54 degrees. All he did was flush out a few drops of water and added too much. Then he was flushing water out of the other boiler for the upstairs apartment no matter how many times I asked him not to. Then he made things worse by adding too much water to the upstairs boiler. So long story short, he didn't fix my boiler. I'll never call them again.
