Great fast friendly service

Work wasn't completed and can't get ahold of the owner, numbers are not in service!!!! Frustrating!! Find another plumber, poor business man.

I hired CTW Plumbing and Heating to figure out why my basement was getting warm in the middle of the night. After determining that the basement heat was being controlled by the thermostat on another floor, they separated the basement heat into a new zone with separate thermostat and serviced our boiler. They communicated well, worked efficiently, and their work beautifully fit in with my existing systems. I will be sure to call them for any future plumbing work and recommend that you do too!

John came and repaired some duct work so that the heat flow increased into the room I needed it too.

I called White’s recently to replace a leaking 3 foot section of cast iron sewer line.

After calling 6 other local plumbers, White’s was the only one able to stop by the day the leak started, temporarily repair it, and come back the next day to complete the job. They were decent, courteous, neat, and fast.

However, they charged $2400 in labor for a repair that took 4 hours and about $50 in parts. I expected to pay more for an emergency repair, but not to be taken.

If you are willing to pay a premium, White’s will do an excellent job. However, if you can, I’d recommend shopping around.

Frank and his team were excellent. In short, tried to fix problem myself and caused shower valve to spray water in walls and forced to turn water off. Frank came quickly within an hour and determined was small valve piece that needed to be replaced. He then drove to Watertown and back (Dorchester) to get piece (happened to be a rare unique brand), quickly installed and fixed my mess. Was very good, professional and super reasonable, will def use again! Thank you Frank!

I spoke with Matt from Donarumo plumbing about fixing my 95 year old mother's tub faucets. As soon as I talked with Matt I knew I made the right choice for a plumber. Donarumo Plumbing was great. They were on time and professional. They also did a very good job. It is truly like an old fashioned small family business. It is nice to know not everything is just BIG business. I was given Bill's card through a friend who said she had a great experience using him. I called several Plumbers before calling Bill and they said they would schedule me in a few weeks or some didn't answer or return my call.

The first time I called I left Bill a message and within 20 minutes he returned my phone call, he schedule an appointment for the next day! He showed up on time fixed my garbage disposal, he was very quick, friendly, clean, and most importantly Honest!

The second Time I used bill was to install my dishwasher, I left a message he called me right back and even came the same day to install the unit! I had the same experience as the first time and he also showed me several of the steps he took to install the unit so if I ever needed to pull it out for any reason I would know what I was doing. He was very meticulous during the install and made sure everything fit and ran perfect before leaving.

I highly recommend him, and will be using him for any future plumbing work!
