Our contractors rectified it quickly after Justina provided us a fair quotation. They responded to all of my questions and were generally quite helpful. swift to act and exact in their execution. I will never longer contact the plumbers suggested by my home warranty anytime I have a plumbing issue; instead, I will use The Boston Plumber. The project was a nightmare before Justina and his crew intervened and made everything right.

We were not getting heat in a back bedroom. Tom came out and found out the previous folks must have had kid(s) who threw down all sorts of stuff down the ductwork. He cleaned our furnace and fixed our problem with a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommend Boston Water Heaters. My CO alarms went off this morning out of the blue and national grid had to turn off my gas. I called 15-20 heating, plumbing, and hvac companies, and BWH was the only one who offered me the same day support I needed. Despite having numerous other jobs that day, Rich was able to squeeze me into his schedule, take a look at my boiler and heating system, and give me assurance and direction on what to do next.
