Jim is very couteous and professional when he is in our home. Once i called Jim when my heater wouldn't start in Feb, I called him at 6 in the morning and heater is working at 9. It helps that he is very responsive for emergencies.

Montrond company is simply a fantastic company, providing awesome service. Silas and his team replaced my old oil furnace and electric water heater with a new gas system and has water heater. His team also installed all the duct work for the new system, along with replacing all of my old copper water piping with Pex pipe to future proof the house against potential damage from freezing pipes. Last but not least, he also ran a gas line to my rear deck so I could cook on my natural gas grill without the need for propane tanks!!!

The work done was absolutely fantastic and his team is well trained and very personable. He also made sure to communicate timely updates for everything going on with the work.

All in all, a fantastic plumber with honest and reasonable pricing. He is now the family plumber!!

On 5/1/20 we had a back up in our downstairs bathroom. My first inclination was to contact Roto Rooter. The person who took down all of my info was very professional and notified the company promptly. Twenty minutes later I received a confirmation call saying someone would be out to my home within 30 minutes. A technician arrived. Ron #5592 was very professional and took the time to explain what happened and the steps he was going to take to rectify the situation. He was informative and answered any and all questions I had. Within an hour the blockage was cleared about 90 feet out to the street. Shazaam! I would recommend Roto Rooter to anyone based on my experience. Thank you

The scheduling for the HVAC system maintenance and the actual appointment was very easy. Actually it was one of the most efficient I've experienced of any company. The technician was prompt in any reminders or communication prior to that was flawless. The technician took photos of each section of the three systems I have before and after the service. The technician was prompt, friendly, professional and thorough. I was very happy with the service.

I am super impressed with the technician Anthony Mound! He was the senior technician who was sent out to diagnose and repair my Navien NHB-150 boiler issue. Over 2 days, 2 previous technicians came over and after several hours working on the problem wasn't able to fully resolve it. Anthony was able to identify the root problem in less than 25 mins of trouble shooting. Not only is he very knowledgeable but also an exceptional problem solver. He is highly articulate with great customer service skills. He explained things very clearly to me in layman's term and patiently answered all my questions. I almost lost hope in Trust 1 Services until Anthony came along and restored my confidence with the excellent quality and results of the job.

We had a backed up main sewer line due to tree roots. The Rhino Rooter service tech did an excellent job of clearing out the blockage but the most amazing part is the cleanup he did. I was anticipating bringing in a cleaning service but did not need to. Highly recommend this company
