We've had Jim work on our kitchen sink and on our toilet. Both times service was very quick and professional. Would recommend.

I reached out to Montrond Company during a heat wave when my AC gave up on me. Silas answered the call and stopped by to look at my unit the same day that evening and figured out it was the capacitor that was broken. He was able to replace it the following morning and I've had no issues with my AC since then! I am impressed with Silas and the Montrond Company's responsiveness, professionalism and efficiency. He gave me some good advice and suggestions on a heating issue I've been dealing with and plan to use them for that project as well. The Montrond Company is trustworthy and has the customer's best interest at heart.

Jerry from J&B replaced my old water tank that had started to leak. He did an outstanding job, and when complications arose in trying to set up the electrical connection between the old boiler and the new hot water tank, he brought in a great electrician who took care of that issue. Jerry is highly professional, very personable and does exceptionally neat work. I was very impressed by that and completely happy with the quality of the job. Oh by the way the whole job came in at a lot less than a quote I got from another plumber in the area. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I’m never calling this guy again. Rude, condescending and unhelpful. Joke is on him. We manage, rent and sell hundred of apartments and condos in the south end. He won’t get any of our business. None. Tip for local businesses: treat and talk to everybody with respect. You never know who the person on the other line is.

I cannot say enough about every Roto-Rooter associate who provided me service from the discovery of the water in my basement through the mitigation of the damage. At every step I felt like a valued customer. The plumber who evaluated and diagnosed my problem went above and beyond to ensure prompt service to my home. The plumber who removed the old tank and replaced it with the new one was patient and kind with my many questions, explaining everything as he worked through the day. My Restoration Estimator took the time to help me understand the process of water mitigation and how they would partner with my home insurance provider. The 2 amazing men who spent the day evaluating and cleaning deserve recognition for their patience and kindness as a small problem grew by the hour, as they discovered more and more damage. They stayed well past their expected departure time, but were committed to finishing the job. Lastly, Jorge who came to my home to do the moisture readings and remove the equipment was kind and compassionate and attentive. Roto-Rooter turned what could have been a truly devastating experience and somehow made it easier. As a single mother of 2 girls, feeling respected, valued and safe means the world to me. I can not recommend Roto-Rooter any more strongly. Thank you ALL!

Great service

I sold my house a few months ago and I had to complete a final round of renovations before we put it on the market. In the kitchen we needed a kettle pot filler plumbed & installed and a gas line run for the new stove - and we needed a 2nd floor laundry room fully plumbed.

Real came to our home to give us an estimate one afternoon. He was on-time, courteous, honest - and very thorough. He walked me though every issue I had and talked me through all of the work that would have to be completed to plumb the laundry room. As a rule: I get three estimates from different contractors to get the best price. Real was my second contractor. I didn't even bother calling the third plumber because I knew that Real was an honest guy and someone I trusted. There are a lot of sketchy contractors in Mass but Real is like a diamond in the rough.

He completed everything super quickly and was able to accommodate our wicked tight schedule and work around other contractors in the house. He has a calming demeanor about him and this kept me from flipping out on some of the other contractors.

We had a few problems where Real saved the day: 1) With a tile guy who accidentally severed the drain pipe for the claw foot tub and it started raining through the kitchen ceiling below (note that the ceiling was just installed by the plasterers and wasn't even 24 hours old...). After I stopped screaming, I wiped the tears away, poured a drink and I called Real. He came over the next morning and was able to fix everything - without having to have the newly tiled floor or the new ceiling redone!! Seriously - he was such a blessing!

2) Second issue was with an electrician who didn't properly attach the new range hood and it came crashing down - onto the new kettle pot filler. I should have fired this guy several problems ago, but he was the brother of our Realtor so out of guilt and stupidity, I kept him on… Same story: I called Real in a panic - I had a new kettle pot filler overnighted and he came out right away and installed the new one. He saved the day.

Through the ups and downs with this renovation, Real was the best contractor I have ever worked with. I seriously couldn’t have sold this house without him. I wish he would move his family to Richmond, VA (where I am now) - so that I could hire him again. I highly recommend Real for all of your plumbing needs - he'll get it done - he'll do it right - and he’s honest about the price.

Both gentlemen were on time, did the work quickly so I could make my 11am meeting while answering all my questions and concerns. Mr. Joey Trainito had a pleasant demeanor while providing great service.My bathroom toilet was fixed in 1 day within a 24hour call for service. My day was.not interrupted. We had a toilet urgently in need of repair and these guys got to us within the day. Our plumber explained what the issue was, fixed it, and gave us advice on how to prevent further leaks. Excellent service! I can't recommend them highly enough.

Plumbing Solutions did an excellent and professional job of repairing several pipe breaks and leaks in my home. First, my shower started leaking into my kitchen ceiling. They tightened the nut holding the drain to the bottom of the shower basin and applied new sealant to stop that leak. Then a cold snap hit the Northeast the week after, plummeting us down to -20 degrees. My garden hose's interior copper pipe burst in my basement. The existing shutoff valve worked okay, but was a bit leaky. They replaced both easily. The copper
pipe was replaced with a flexible plastic pipe that would handle extreme temperatures much more reliably without bursting. The shutoff valve was replaced with a strong handle version instead of the older, weaker knob version I had. They installed a weatherproof faucet on the exterior of my house in the garden, since the older faucet was worn and leaky. In addition, they upgraded the copper pipe feeding my water heater and installed better shutoff valves to it. The previous home owner had renovated, installed a new water heater, and bent/discolored the pipe feeding the water heater during installation. It did not look sturdy or safe and was a concern I had harbored ever since I bought this home. Plumbing Solutions recommended I replace it, and I agreed to prevent future potential plumbing issues. I feel much more confident with this new pipework now.
Throughout their work, they were timely and thorough in their communication. Their work is top quality, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing repairs/installations.
