Chris helped me out when I was in crisis mode with a big water leak in my home. I am so grateful that he squeezed me in so that I didn't have water damage in my bathroom. He's wonderful and will get all of our plumbing business from now on.

Half Moon has always come through for us. They are prompt in repairing whatever has gone wrong with our plumbing. Those fellas are courteous and we trust them to be in our house. We also trust that the problem(s) will be solved. We give the service a 10! The best!

Gary has been doing all the plumbing work for all of our rental properties for a couple of years now. He does great work for a very reasonable price and is very responsive. And I do not recall a project yet that turned into a much bigger job than he estimated, which is pretty common with a lot of others I've dealt with. He has seen it all and knows what to do and what to expect. I'm very happy with him and his helpers!

We were in a Dilemma about how to install our whole house water system. Maston’s Plumbing and drain was recommended. Cale showed up on time, providing a perfect solution to our problem. Cale was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Other then the work Cale did for our system I could not tell he was here. We would definitely recommend Watson’s Plumbing and Drain to our friends and neighbors!!!

Don’t make an appointment they will keep you waiting for two or three hours multiple days in a row. They also claimed they did work they didn’t do and charged me for it. Had to have a different company come out and do it correctly. I asked for a refund and that was a week ago still waiting for a call back.

On April 26, 2021 we used Freedom Plumbing Heat & Air to address a plumbing issue with one of our toilets. I called a few days before that, and they promptly returned my phone call and got me scheduled for service. The gentleman that they sent out was professional and efficient. He removed the stool, replaced & upgraded the wax gasket, replaced the stool, and even addressed a couple of faucet issues I had in the bathroom and kitchen. He did all of this in a little less than an hour. I was VERY impressed with the speed and quality of his work, and the price we were charged was very fair and reasonable. This is going to be the only plumbing company we use going forward.

Fixed my water heater for way better prices than others who quoted me.

Dustin is Absolutely amazing! We bought our house 2 years ago and it was a new construction home. After moving in we had so many issues with our plumbing that at one point I even said to my husband that maybe it was a mistake buying the home. Issue after issue, the City of Collinsville water company, and 3 plumbers later our water came to the point where there was no pressure what so ever and you basically could only use one faucet to get somewhat pressure. We start calling around and found Dustin's number on the internet. At the moment my husband talked to him my husband said this guy knows what he is doing!.. So Dustin came out and fixed the problem right away within minutes! Absolute wonderful and fantastic service. FOR NOW ON HE WILL BE THE ONLY PLUMBER THAT WE TRUST AND CALL ON!
