I thought I had a main line blow out in the middle of the night. The water was gushing so hard and fast it woke me up. I managed to get the main shut off but then I had to find someone who would come out here in the boonies where I live. Wooten came recommended from my A/C guy. I called and they came. My sink wouldn’t drain so I called Wooten. They were very quick and responsive, Dawson came out and fixed the problem extremely quickly and wiped down under my sink and around my cabinets when he was finished with the job. Great people, and even better work!

Originally had them out to snake my main drain. They did me a favor by not charging for one direction. After calling them out again, they gave me a huge discount, but it became obvious i had a bigger problem. On their third visit, they charged me $0 and set up to replace my pipes.

Their estimate was exactly what i was charged, and everything works like new after the repair. Fully recommend. Mike, Dawson & Devon are great guys too!

Detailed Work and Great Price!!!

Brad and his guys save me a long trip about once a week.I am a plumber doing an apartment remodel and have adopted all the plumbing issues at a 66 unit complex. Of course the issues often occur after my guys or myself have gone home and Wooten has saved my bacon at least 12 times over past few months. Thanks from one plumber to another!

Bradley and the guys came out quickly, were professional and friendly. I had to have my septic tank located. Unfortunately, I had to have a new septic tank installed along with some lateral lines repair. They came on a Saturday, dug and installed the new tank along with some new lateral lines and had me up and running in about 5 hours. I cannot thank them enough. They did it for a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again should the need arise and recommend them without hesitation.

I will never use any other plumbing company again. I had several plumbing companies come out over the past few years to snake the line only to be charged quite a bit, then I called Wooten, the first time they came out they couldn't find a problem and didn't even charge me a service call fee, had them come out recently for the same issue and for half of what the other plumbers the seem to have solved the issue, drains are running better than the have in a few years. I highly recommend them.

Do not use this plumber! Charged $1125 to fix a simple 1 inch PVC pipe located just outside the water meter and not buried deep and then said there was another leak in the line they couldn't locate and we would have to contact a leak detection service. I walked 20 yards down the yard and easily spotted the water spewing out of the ground. Left messages with the receptionist and on the owners phone for 4 days with no response.

Tod & TJ were terrific in mastering all jobs in record time. They are very keen on cleaning up any mess not to leave behind. Truly believe they are very fair in pricing and relish in the fact of leaving you satisfied. Recommend and plan to use going forward.

Finding reliable people to show up and get a job done is hard to find these days. We had a stubborn clog that I just couldn’t clear myself. My wife called Wooten Knockout and was impressed with the friendly professionalism she received. They came out the same day and pulled a baseball size ball of construction debris and insulation from our sewer line. We thought the clog was gone but two days later the water wouldn’t drain. I called Wooten and they were back out within a couple hours and found the problem. I had broken the back flow preventer when I had tried to clear the clog myself. Another plumber might have charged me for coming back out on the grounds that I was the one who broke the thing but Bradley just took care of it. He told me what I needed to replace it but also told me that I would probably be okay without it. Another plumber might have used this opportunity to push me into having it replaced to make a dime. This kind of straight shooting, hard working, integrity goes a long way with me and if I ever need a plumber for any reason you better believe I’m calling Wooten.

Man I'm young no experience and called them a lady picked up and said we are accepting apprentices and u sound like a great candidate. It got my hopes up. She said wait for us to call u back so I waited 4 days. I call back at 915 am after 2 rings it stops Ringing meaning she hanged up. Our sewage was backed up and it was about a week in a half nightmare. We had a different company come to fix the problem at first. Then, we had to call them back because it backed up again in 3 days. When I called Wooten, not only did the y fix the clog but they explained to me what the main issue was. They were absolutely efficient and professional. Definitely recommend Wooten! He came out when my rental house pipes froze and took care of my frozen pipes and drains not draining. It was well below freezing and he made sure they had everything working. Also he gave me different options on how to resolve the issue so we could communicate on the best way for the situation. Starting from the initial call bradley was helpful and scheduled an appointment quickly(the next customer). When he came he was quick to diagnose the slab leak and severe leak too. Two very costly repairs and a very difficult repair due to the addition and cramped crawl space. He was able to give me an accurate and kind very affordable estimate. The work was very professional, insured and very individualized of what I wanted and needed. He made it work! I feel you get what you pay for and this is such a great affordable, honest and highly recommended company for all your plumbing needs! Hopefully I don't have any more issues but if I do we will be calling them!

I had been given the run around for months by another plumbing company on getting a septic line repaired. I called Wooten Knockout plumbing on a Friday. They sent someone out on Tuesday who gave me an estimate the same day. I agreed to the price and they came out on Thursday and did the septic line work and back on Friday for repairing a frozen outside faucet and a shower valve. They were polite, professional, prompt. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you may have.

These guys installed a new hot water tank for me and did an awesome job. Great prices, very polite and respectful. I will be using them in the future.

We only have one bathroom in the house. The shower wasn't draining. When I called them, they were busy but still came out in less than 2 hours from the call. They fixed the problem super fast. They didn't try to tell me my whole house needed to be repiped like the last company did for my washer back in January. My only complaint was they were pricey for a quick 10 minute unclog. However, we are thankful they were able to come out so soon.

These guys are awesome. I called and within 24 hours I had someone at my door. I thought I would need a new pump for the tub but these guys found the issue in under 5 mins, fixed it no problem and had my tub jets running in no time. I will call this company for all my plumbing needs now

Mr. Wooten came to my house on short notice to see why my washer was not draining. Within an hour he was snaking and then testing the drain. My drain now works and I have seen no other problems. He was a nice man and was very knowledgeable about what he does. I would recommend him to anyone in the area.
